The "normal" cycle is really long at 2 hours, 20 minutes. The dishes are clean, but not always as dry as I'd like. It also doesn't have a "rinse" cycle for daily use; helpful when you don't have a full load. The product description said it didn't have a count-down timer, but it does.

Cheaply made, no drying heat!

The spaces are horrible to fit bowls or platters and glasses don't fit well in the top rack. The racks are so cheaply made that the wheels fall off when you roll out the rack. Also, the measurement is all wrong the rack doesn't even roll out easily without falling off the rail. I can't believe Bosch would put their name on this cheap awful item!

It does not have a heat drying system so the dishes don't really dry well and if left in the dishwasher they mold. So then you have to clean it with vinegar and baking soda to get the mold smell out. This has happened twice now. Terrible product design and tech.

Providing feedback for an item that was just purchased is a fool's game, though --- let's see what I think in another couple of years after the nylon cords used as door tensioners begin to fray.
