The dishwasher kept stopping mid-cycle. I was blaming my kids for opening the dishwasher... But as it turns out, there is a known problem with the latch. In other words, it doesn't latch and the water pushes door open causing it to stop. The repairman i spoke to at best buy knew exactly what was wrong and which parts needed to be ordered but I am still waiting. Took 2 weeks for parts to get to my house, repair is scheduled for next week. I am taping the door shut so I can use it. Only other thing I would say is that I don't like the way the racks are set up and it feels smaller than the one I replaced even though it is the same measurements. If I could do it again - I would choose something else.

I bought this dishwasher as a Christmas present for my daughter and son-in-law. The machine is quiet, efficient, and you can’t beat the Bosch name. The men who installed it for Best Buy couldn’t have been better. They were professional and knowledgeable.

The dishwasher is very quiet and does a great job getting the dishes clean, The drying cycle could be a little better. Sometimes there is water drops left on the upper rack.

Good dishwasher that cleans well and runs very quiet. Does not have a heating element so not all the water is gone when it’s finished.

Does a very good job cleaning the dishes. Very quiet. Seems smaller inside than my last dishwasher since some dishes are harder to load and this model has fewer adjustable tines.

We have been using this dishwasher for 7 months. It is very clean quiet and it is very efficient. We would recommend this dishwasher to anyone who needs to buy a new one.

I love this dishwasher. It is quiet when it's running, and the dishes are always clean afterwards. It has a stainless steel interior, and I chose this model because it has the control buttons on the front. Works like a charm!

This unit does an excellent job of cleaning and drying the dishes. That's my most important criteria for a dishwasher. The Bosch has several cycles and features to choose from, yet is so easy to operate that I still haven't read the manual. The unit is very quiet from start to finish of each cycle. The timer on the front panel is very useful for not only telling how much time remains until completion, but to actually reassure you that the unit is on & working. It's that quiet. A lot of reviews suggest that this is unit small on the inside or just doesn't have the capacity of other 24" units. I don't think this is possible given the standard width of all dishwashers in this category. But, I think there's something about the design of the racks that causes sub-optimal loading. However, my household of 5 has absolutely no problem with the capacity. The door has a locking mechanism that requires a hard pull to open. This may not be easy for the elderly. I think a softer handle or latch mechanism would be nicer than the current lock, but again, this isn't enough of an issue to take away from the overall performance of the unit.

Dishwasher cleans extremely well as compared to other dishwashers we've had in the past. We like the stainless steel interior which always seems to look sparkling clean after a wash. The exterior white fits in very well with our white appliances. Easy to use by anyone.

Very happy with this purchase. Had heard good things about Bosch and all were right. Cleans great. Having so many cycle run options is a plus too. We like having the panel on the outside (we debated between this model and one with the panel on the top that would be invisible to the outside) in order to see how much time is left on each cycle. Priced great. Was concerned about dishes coming out wet due to the fact that this dishwasher doesn't have a heating element, but there have been no issues. All dishes come out dry.

Works well. Cleans well. Very quiet... The prongs on the bottom rack are awful tho. Most are angled and things don't fit right. Lot's of wasted space. I WISH I would've saved the rack from my old Bosch before I had best buy haul it away...

We bought our BOSCH Dishwasher a couple of months ago and we are completely satisfied with it. We live in a small house with an open floor plan from the kitchen to the living room and we don't even notice the dishwasher is running. It cleans very well, too.

I love it! It is efficient, so quiet I can't hear it run, and the dishes are so clean every time! It's all anyone could possibly want!

Easy to operate, cleans super well. No doubt, Bosch is one of the highest qualities in dish washer.

It is everything I was expecting, from the previews online. It is quieter than I imagined. It takes quite a while to run the cycle but thats ok, because it conserves water. My dishes come out very clean, and dry, without spotting. I am happy I decided on this particular unit.

Have had this for about a year. I have a 5 and 6 year old so it gets a lot of use. No problems to report at this time. Fairly quiet with different wash opens. Does a great job cleaning. Jan 01, 2018.

Overall I am happy with this purchase ! I replaced a 14 year old Whirlpool dishwasher with this. The price was great but I feel it is a bit smaller inside and does not dry dishes all the way ( usually little wet at end of all cycles) It is super quiet and looks great !

This dishwasher is so quiet I cannot tell it is on from the other room. Dishes come out clean every time. Easy to use controls. This dishwasher was highly rated in Consumer Reports and they were spot on!
