I am still struggling to find the best way to load the dishwasher. I am also very unhappy with the way the lower basket comes off the track so easily. I like the various cycle options and the dishes are very clean. I don't see a major problem with the dishes not being dry contrary to reviews I have read with the exception of plastic items.

The quietest dishwasher I've ever NOT heard! Seems to clean the dishes well, too.

Our previous dishwasher died (released some magic smoke) and we decided to spend time researching and waiting for the right replacement to show up on sale. This model was highly rated by a consumer research group. It is so quiet and uses a very small amount of water per load. My only complaint is the lower rack does not load as well as our previous dishwasher, the tines seem angled a little too much in the front part of the rack. I still gave it a 5.

My wife and I had a old dishwasher that went out a month ago and we replaced it with this Bosch. So far, we love it. We saw that this model had good ratings online and thought we would just stop in to compare pricing. The price was about the same as other places but the woman there was so friendly and knowledgable that we decided to get it from best buy. I'm not usually fond of people giving me a sales pictch but she was not pushy at all and seemed geniunely interested in just answering our questions. We paid for Best Buy to install it and the guy they sent out was great. I think it took about an hour or hour and a half. After it was installed, he tested it out and if you are in the kitchen next to it listening for it, you can hear it running but outside of that you will barely notice it working. Haven't had an issue with dishes coming out dirty although I tend scrub the worst dishes before putting them in. The only negative things I have to say are minor. The first it, opening the dishwasher just requires pulling and takes a little effort which makes me wonder if one day I'll pull on it and something will break. The handle seems durable but it is a concern I have. Also, I've noticed that after the cycle is done running, the LED lights with the "time left" stay on until you open it. I'm not sure if they automatically switch off at some point but as far as I can tell, they don't. Again, both of these things are very minor concerns on a product we are very happy with.

This is a great quality and reputable brand. It took about three months for delivery of the product since it was out of stock, but the wait was worth it. The installation was not easy since the water lines are in tight positions and difficult to access. The dishwasher is quiet and does an excellent job cleaning the dishes. I am happy with my purchase!

A little smaller than the unit it replaced. Still getting used to different configuration of the racks. Great water pressure and cleaning. No complaints so far

Looks great and works very well. All my dishes are clean and spotless. Doesn't seem to dry the dishes as well as my last dishwasher but that's not a big deal for me. Definitely would recommend.
