I was promised a $100.00 gift card because of the problems. Agent Patrick at the Dallas Service Center had to intervene so that I could get my dishwasher delivered and installed. Brandon and Taylor were the installers and they were extremely courteous and knowledgeable about the product

I love that the filter is easy to remove and easy to clean. My dishes come out spotless. I highly recommend this dishwasher.

Bosch 100 dishwasher

Using the 'sanitize' setting helps dishes to get much dryer than without the 'sanitize' setting. Also, opening the door for a few hours after running the dishwasher helps the dishes to dry.

And it drys extremely well, of course a plastic container with ridges will hold water in the ridges, but other than that it is dry. Had big reservations after reading other reviews, but everything is always clean and dry. Really nice layout of interior for different size items, we love it.
