It leaves dishes and glasses sparkling clean every time even when it has taken 2 or 3 days to fill the dishwasher before we started it. Baked on food no problem. The tine set up takes a little getting used to. The video tutorials on Bosch's website are extremely helpful.

Top Notch Dishwasher

OK but not a direct replacement

The new one is functional, but feels flimsier than the old one. The toe recess is a few inches deeper than the old one exposing raw unfinished wood. Installation by a Best Buy contractor was done well - so no complaints there.

Such a quiet dishwasher!

So quiet I have to check that it is actually on. The layout is a little wonky and the silverware caddy is overly large but quiet, quiet, QUIET!

Beware! Does not have a stainless steel tub

The bottom is plastic. The listing is very misleading and you'll notice there are no photos of the machine interior. Very deceptive marketing by bosch and best buy doesn't seem to care and said they were not responsible for how companies market their products on their website. That being said, it's a decent dishwasher. Pretty quiet and works really well. But make no mistake- hybrid stainless steel is sneaky speak for partially plastic. They should call it what it is and sell it at a plastic tub price.

Best Value in the Quiet Dishwasher category
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Our last dishwasher was a low end Kenmore that was so loud we could not watch t.v. in the next room. The most important feature to me in buying a new dishwasher was that it was quiet, so we were only looking at 50dBels or less. This looked like one of the best values in the "quiet dishwasher" category, and it is living up to it's Bosch name! 50 dB is plenty quiet to have a conversation while the dishwasher is on, and of course to watch t.v. in another room. This dishwasher looks nice and has stainless interior. However, the description said it has adjustable racks, and there is only one flip down row on the top shelf for some extra short items. I thought it would come with adjustable pot and pan racks on the bottom. Overall that is not a big deal. The dishwasher cleans GREAT and we are really loading it up full without much rinsing of our dishes. I am very pleased!

Just an ok Dishwasher

Nothing fits in the racks because the size of slats are screwy. I dont have any dishes that are abnormal sizes. Plus this dishwasher doesnt dry after the cycle runs. Everything is wet and spotted. I have to dry everything when unloading. I will say it is pretty quiet when running so that is a positivie.

This feedback is helpful to us and will be shared with the appropriate groups for further consideration. Your dishwasher is designed to dry using the PureDry® condensation drying process. This is an energy-efficient, closed drying system that does not pull in outside air or use an exposed heating element. It works by heating the dishes with hot water during the final rinse. The cool stainless steel pulls moisture from the dishes. The inside of the unit will be wet at the end of the cycle, but the dishes should be dry. It's important to note that plastics don’t retain heat as well as other dishware materials and don’t dry as well. For optimum drying results, we recommend using rinse aid and the Extra Dry option. There are also troubleshooting tips on page 37 of the Use & Care manual, available on Bosch's website. Instructions for turning on the Intensive Drying feature are on page 29 of this manual. We have, however, used the shortest cycle it offers without a washing detergent and it did the job.

It is replacing my Kenmore which I was happy with how I could organize everything in it. But I am happy that it fits in an awkward spot almost preventing door to go all the way due do to the stove being in the way. Someone made it a compromising fit when they made this model of a kitchen.
