Its been broken for the bulk of the time I have owned it. Boschs customer service leaves a lot to be desired. Its on its third heat pump in as many moths. The 20 year old dishwasher it replaced would have been better to keep nursing along.

I never know where to load things, it seems like their rack is for I don't know what. The problem I have with this dishwasher is that it's too quiet. You start it and it start out with a fine mist or something, you can't tell its on. Even when the water kicks into high gear you can't hardly hear it. This is probably a plus for most people...

The last one kept leaking. But this Bosch dishwasher is solid and without issue so far. It is definitely smaller than what we had in the past. With two kids in college, we didn’t need the extra space. I very much like the rack pins on the bottom to stack bowls and plates. The top tray is ok like every other dishwasher out there. I do like this one.
