I've used this machine twice now and let it run on the Express mode until it was finished. After an hour all the plastic items were still wet(even though the inside was full of steam), but the glass items were squeaky clean, no spots (used Finish stuff that came with it), and that was great.

I love the performance, the cleanness of the dishes. I love that I am only adding Rinse Aid when the indicator advises. Very quiet, very quiet and looks great. Glad I took a chance on an open box item at Best Buy.

So far it is only a couple months old but I love it. The only thing that I don't like about this washer is the lower basket. The structure of the tines could be better but the curvature of the lower angle is perfect for bowls and plates. I love it!
