We have heard Bosch is known for high quality and had high expectations for this dishwasher. It has taken some adjusting to get used to something new, but we are definitely disappointed with it as we have dishes that come out dirty from EVERY load of dishes we run. We have fairly thick dishes so maybe it would work better with smaller ones?

The installation was not on the delivery paperwork or scheduled for that day. I had to change my plans for the day and install it myself which left me felling mislead.

The delivery person did deliver but did not unbox the item. Make sure delivery unbox to make sure the dishwasher is undamaged. Only after asking, and he had an issue unboxing. I was not happy about it. Best Buy had a good sale, good item and delivery included. Dishwasher works very well… so far.

Great Dishwasher

We love the rational spacing of the racks that allow maximum loading capacity without compromising quality of wash. It is very quiet and it has very useful cycle options. So far, we have absolutely only great things to say about this dishwasher.
