Cleans well. No need for much pre-wash, even after a few days. I was afraid I might not like the fact there was no "drying" cycle, but I love the way it finishes drying....no energy used and dishes come out almost perfectly dry and spotless! I am more than satisfied.

Cleans dishes very well. Quiet. Getting used to loading it. Some of the lower prongs are very close together so they don't work for deep soup bowels very well.

The Bosch dishwasher we purchased is AMAZINGLY quiet! I'm glad there's a little red light that shines on the floor to let you know it's on, otherwise I'd be wondering! The dishes come out very clean, but you MUST use a drying aid, like JetDry. Without the drying aid, even with the dishwasher set to "extra dry" the dishes will not be as dry as you'd like or expect. Still, very happy we purchased this appliance.

The only way I know this dishwasher is on is that I see the light on the floor. It holds almost twice as many dishes as my old washer and cleans tons better.

This dishwasher is very quiet, does an excellent job on the dishes, and is very attractively priced. The down side to all of the sound insulation is that the inside is small. This is exasperated by very inefficient rack design. As a result we end up running about twice as many loads though the dishwasher as we did with the machine it replaced.

After having gone through two pricey, so-called elite dishwashers, this machine, with it's more moderate price, has been such a delight. What a relief to have a dishwasher that gives me hope for the long term. The plastic pieces that held racks together, and in place, in our previous two dishwashers (same brand) fell apart. The sales associates really up-sell the drying feature of the other brand (which really appealed to me), but, after the short life-span of the two machines we went through, I would call that brand (and that feature) inferior, as that same high heat, paired with the plastic parts, decreased each machines lifespan. This Bosch dishwasher has been a Godsend. I am so pleased with this Bosch machine, and it dries just fine. My dishes are always clean too! It was interesting to learn that 70% of the dishwashers our installer installs are Bosch. I wish I had known this prior to purchasing the two previous machines, I would have been spared the costly expense, and poor customer service.

I love our new Bosch dishwasher. I came with free delivery and installation! Beautiful stainless steel finish on the outside. I love the handle and the hidden buttons, it looks fabulous! The dishwasher is so quiet we sometimes forget we have it running but there is a red light indicator to let you know. It does a very good job of getting the dishes clean but I do rinse mine before I load it, only because this model does not have a food disposal built in. Overall I am very satisfied with the product and would recommend it to all my friends looking for a new one!

We purchased this dishwasher as a replacement for a 'quiet' one we have had for 13 years. I can say that this is a very quiet dishwasher that I wouldn't know was running without the light being on. The only thing I would change is that the silverware basket be taller so long handled utensils wouldn't tip and fall out and that the silverware basket lid flaps open in the opposite direction as they flop and are in the way when loading dishes. I use the shortest cycle with minimum rinsing of my dishes before loading and my dishes come out totally clean and spotless.

This is my second Bosch dishwasher - the first is in the main kitchen and still going strong. Quality of my main Bosch dishwasher led me to this one for another level in my house. These are all very quiet machines - not silent - but easy to have a conversation over without having to stop the machine. Cleaning is very good. It doesn't use external heating elements to dry, so yes, plastic cups routinely have a little water left in them that needs to be dried with a towel. Small price for not melting plastic cups and containers like other dishwashers.

We received our first delivery on 8/20. My dad and son got everything installed and the unit turned out to be DOA. Bosch thought it was a bad control board. I called BBY and after a few minutes, they ordered me another unit and set up delivery for 8/29. They gave me an additional 10% off to compensate us for the inconvenience. Install of the second unit was easy except for the trim plate. The screw hole was stripped so it wouldn't stay in place. I replaced the supplied screw with the next size larger and everything is holding in place. I was not going to uninstall a second unit for something this minor, although I would expect better quality for a $700 dishwasher. The unit works great. We had to adjust the rinse agent amount until we found the setting that gets the best results. Our dishes are spotless although they will not dry unless we let them sit overnight. This unit is quiet. We can not hear it unless we are standing next to it. I also recommend taking a few plates and bowls into BBY to try them out. This is a European dishwasher and is not designed to hold large plates and especially bowls.

The Bosch dishwasher is a great value for the price! Good 1. Gets dishes very clean 2. The dishwasher is much quieter than the 20-year old appliance it replaced. The Not-So-Good 1. Some of the settings are difficult to adjust using the 3-digit display 2. The spring clamp used to attach the drain hose is a royal pain to install. A screw type clamp would be much easier

I have been burned before, but am cautiously optimistic about this dishwasher. I am still a bit concerned about the hidden computer-chip based control panel. My last dishwasher burned out this control panel about every 18 months! We had it replaced 3 times!! That was a Kenmore. So I am hoping that this Bosch is more reliable. As for dishwashing, it is doing a great job, and is VERY quiet.

I'm trying to get used to the controls on the top of the door. The unit is very quiet, which is great, but since you can't see any kind of display when the door is closed, it's hard to tell if it on, off, or other status. It can hold a lot of dishes, saucers, glasses, and cups, but it doesn't seem to be made especially for pots and pans. In general, I like it. I hope it lasts a long time.

First dishwasher I purchased had to be replace within 2 weeks because the front door had problems staying closed which prevented it from working all the time. Best Buy was great about replacing it. Still I guess because it is billed as being quiet, the room inside is a lot smaller than my old one so it seems as even though it will wash the dishes and some other things I still seem to be forced to wash pots, bowls and some other things by hand. If I still have to wash by hand, why pay the money for something that only can do half the job?? Not sure if this true for all new ones but I would look harder next time.

This dishwasher is easy to load, quiet and best of all does a great job cleaning!

Great performance, quiet, lots of space, and does a great job cleaning dishes

After doing some online reviews of various dishwashers, my wife and I chose a Bosch model since was highly recommended. After it was installed, it wasn't too long before we had an occasion to use it. It was soooooo quiet, we weren't certain it was running. But a LED displayed on the floor in front right corner confirmed it was running. When the cycle completed, all my dishes were perfectly clean. Several more cycles revealed similar results. We're very pleased with this awesome dishwasher.

Overall very happy with the dishwasher! Dishes clean and sparkle. Only neg is that am still working on optimal way of loading mid sized bowls and storage tubs. Great washer for the money -- and even tho not the top of the line, is amazingly quiet -- cant tell is running unless next to it!

We have owned and operated this Diswasher for 15 months and the performance has been exceptional! It has been very reliable the entire time. The installation went very smooth by the Best Buy technician.
