Replaced my old whirlpool with the bosch 100 series. No comparison, this washer hands down is the best one i've ever owned. Dishes so clean and the washer is so quiet. It has a red light that shines on the floor to let you know it's running. Highly Recommend

I bought this machine because it was #3 on the 2022 Consumer Reports Guide and the #1 (which was cheaper) was unavailable from ANY VENDOR. 1) It is SIGNIFICANTLY louder than the machine it replaced. You can hear the water sploshing, you can hear everything inside with it running. We never heard the last DW, ever. 2) It is SIGNIFICANTLY slower than the last dishwasher. Setting every cycle on the old one, it never ran for more than about 70 minutes. I've not seen cycles less than 2 hours on this one. No matter what. 3) If you open it in the middle of a cycle, you have to hold the start button down for 3 seconds or it won't complete the cycle when you close the door. 4) The racks are diabolical. Whoever designed the racks with the tines at an angle has most likely never had to load a dishwasher on a daily basis. I could kick myself for having the old racks taken away with the old dishwasher. And, oh did I mention it holds about half as many dishes. Takes twice as long to run and holds half the dishes. Wow, that's high efficiency. I can't wait until the holidays when we used to run the old one twice a day. No I'll need 8+ hours to run this thing 4 times. 5) Before you trash your old machine, SAVE THE SILVERWARE BIN! This machine has a minuscule flatware bin because there is a top tray to hold the flatware. Only it will only accept dinner utensils, oh and with it in place you have to lower the upper rack so you can fit even less on the lower rack. Fail. Major fail. 6) The top panel is painted plastic, not metal. So chipping will probably occur.

I bought this dishwasher to replace a Whirlpool dishwasher that had two significant repair problems during the 4 years we used it in our home. Bosch has a strong reputation for high reliability so I bought it mainly for that reason. So far, it does a very good job cleaning everything. I need to use the extra dry setting to make sure that everything gets dry. The baskets and trays are designed for loading of dishes, pots, pans glasses, etc. in a different pattern than any dish washer we have owned before, so we are still getting accustomed to that. If this dishwasher lives up to its reputation for reliability I will definitely buy it again.

Super quiet washer. Does a good job cleaning too. The only thing we had to get used to was the racks. After so many years of our last washer, it takes a little time to get used to loading dishes differently. The top rack is our favorite new feature!

Only had it a month. Quietest DW I ever had. You don’t even know it’s running. The front door wasn’t as aesthetic as a higher model but for the price no real issue. Performance great. Knocked off a star for the plain door.

This dishwasher is super sleek and quiet. I didn’t even realize it was running because it was so quiet. Also the brand is on the top of the machine so you can coordinate it easily if you are updating your appliances and are worried that your other appliances are not a Bosch.

This dishwasher is quiet and does a good job cleaning the dishes. One thing we have noticed is that the "dry" function leaves the dishes a little bit wet. The third rack for the utensils is great and gets them clean.

We've only had the dishwasher for a few weeks but so far we love it. It cleans really well and is super quiet. The silver wear rack saves us a ton of space on the bottom rack and I really like that you can lower and raise the second rack to fit your needs. Would definitely recommend!

This is the quietest dishwasher we've ever had. I'm glad it has a light to let us know it is running. So far, the dishes come out clean. The controls are very easy to set. The top control panel keeps our grandkids from playing with the settings.

We love this dishwasher. We love the third rack for silverware. We love how quiet it is. Dishes are clean. It took a few uses to figure out how to load it as the configuration of the racks is much different from our old dishwasher. The setup is good and we can load more dishes than the old one.

This dishwasher replaced my GE that failed after just 2-years. The price to fix the GE dishwasher was half the price of a new one. After reading many reviews, I went with the Bosch based on the reviews and excellent rating by Consumer Reports. I've always had good luck with Bosch products and hopefully this one lives up to my previous experiences. The dishwasher works well and is very quiet. The red light that displays on the floor is helpful as it can be difficult to hear if it is actually still running. As other reviews mention, it's not great at drying with its default settings. The Extra Dry option is needed with every load. Other than that, I have no complaints.

The Bosch dishwasher is great, works great. However, it was missing a part that I now need to purchase from Bosch or fabricate myself. This dishwasher is very quiet and was easy to install once we bought the parts at Home Depot and Ace Hardware.

I was hesitant on the investment but it’s easy to use, cleans well, is quiet and I like the buttons. What I like most is that the soap area is up high so no dishes would block it. I previously had a samsung and if I had dishes to close to the door the pod would not disintegrate.

After seeing how well Bosch was rated, and a recommendation from my daughter, decided to purchase this as a replacement for my Kitchenaid that gave me 16-1/2 years of great service. So far, it runs quietly and efficiently. I do find it is not as convenient loading dishes as I expected and the stemware flip-ups are more of a bother than they are useful. I often find water collected on the tops of glasses, the top rack doesn’t seem to be designed to encourage the water draining off the glasses. Overall, I can say I like it. I’m optimistic that it will be as reliable as my trusty Kitchenaid.

We decided on another Bosch when our last one's pump finally quit after 17 years. My how things have changed. It was a surprise to find it was a HYBRID stainless interior which was not explained to us at the store. This apparently causes drying issues. The $1,000 + dollar model which was not available had a full stainless interior. Fortunately, we keep our hot water temp quite hot and along with the Finish drying agent (another cost) and a 2 and 1/2 hour cycle they are mostly dry except for the tops of mugs and some plastics. My biggest beef is the decibel rating. This model is rated 48 decibels. Our old model was rated 50 decibels. I know the ratings have not been changed in the last 17 years. But our old dishwasher was literally silent. The only time we could hear it was when it was draining and if I kept the sink stopper in you would hardly hear that. This model with a lesser decibel rating can be heard from the other room . This was an important issue for me since our kitchen is open to our living space. The ironic thing is that Bosch has wasted money putting in a light that shines on the floor to let you know it is running! I would have rather they make the whole inside stainless which helps with sound. The light is totally unnecessary. You can hear both the motor and the water swishing. The door hinges are flimsy too. When I open it, holding the handle on either side, the door can wobble in your hands. The third rack is just okay. The silverware is easy to put in and if you stack them accordingly, faster to put away. But the downside is it does not leave enough room for stemware. I broke a wine glass accidently thinking there would be room for the glasses when I closed the middle rack. I could probably take the top rack out to wash the stemware but as flimsy as the racks are it's not worth breaking one. The wine glasses will now be hand washed. The old model allowed me to place mugs underneath the stem rack that held the wine glasses in place and then I put knives on top of the rack. It was a 3 in one set up. This model does not allow the rack to lift up. It drops down. And the tighter configuration of the tines makes it very difficult to get mugs under the rack because it lifts only half way up. In my book, this was an expensive dishwasher. One from which I was expecting better quality. It is apparent that many cuts to quality have been made over the years. I can only hope that the motor will be a trooper like the old model. The workers who helped with installation said that my tossing in a cup of vinegar after the first drain cycle about once a month or so, probably was what gave the old one such a long life. I also rinse the dishes first since there are only two of us now and I don't want dirty dishes stinking up the inside for days waiting for a whole load. I will continue to use vinegar for this one since we have such hard limey and calcium rich water. And I will pray that it lasts. 3 stars for loss of quality compared to my old model, noise factor and inability to use the stem ware feature. The jury is still out as to whether or not I would recommend it. I'll let you know once the warranty runs out which is with no if's ands or buts, 1 year exactly to the day it was purchased. Not the day it was installed. So a less than a year warranty.
