    I purchased this as an Open Box item. It was missing the toe plate, but Bosch Customer Service quickly replaced for free! Installation was quick and easy by myself. I did need to purchase a water line adapter for $3 at Home Depot, but otherwise it runs quick and quiet! Make sure to use rinse aid to assist with drying time!

    This is my second Bosch dishwasher. Our first died after 10 years and the failed part was discontinued. The new one has the third top level tray for silverware, which we really like versus the traditional basket. Not quite as quiet as our first one but still quiet nonetheless. Controls can be a bit complicated to learn.

    Our Thermador dishwasher suddenly stopped working and we were advised that to fix it would probably cost about as much as a new one. Consumer Reports highly recommended Bosch dishwashers, so we headed to Best Buy. The Bosch dishwasher is everything it is purported to be. We are grateful to live in an era when an appliance does the work of washing dishes.
