  • Control Panel Burned out in less than 3 months.

    Not sure how many stars to give or not give. On Thanksgiving eve my oven burnt the top of my pumpkin pies which filled the house with smoke. The panel displayed Err 310, which means the control panel crapped out and needed to be replaced. Called A1 repair who confirmed. Called Bosch to escalate. Called Bosch to escalate again who had me send an email to replacement request. Finally got a call they will replace the stove. Still waiting on email to say when I will receive the replacement. Luckily stove top works. Love the air fry feature. Wish it had a smaller burner option on the front burners. Wish I had a working oven!

    It has nothing to do with the unit itself...Bosch makes great products. It has all to do with Best Buy and terrible support. I have cancelled my order because Best Buy was unable to send out qualified technicians and presently waiting for them to send a crew to pick-up the return. It has sat in my living room for three weeks now and multiple failed attempts to get a reasonable pick-up.
