Customers are enthusiastic about the 300 Series 24" Front Control Built-In Dishwasher's quiet operation and excellent cleaning performance. Many appreciate its ease of use and the built-in water softener's effectiveness. However, some customers noted the smaller-than-expected interior size and long wash cycles as drawbacks. A few also mentioned that the rack design could be improved for better dish placement.

I’ve had this dishwasher almost a month. Like others, I was limited by height due to last homeowner putting new flooring on top of old. The dishwasher cleans great (note: I am of the team “pre wash dishes” so I’m not putting big globs of food in there). As other reviews have mentioned, it doesn’t dry plastic that great, but I haven’t ever really had dishwashers that have been good at that. If I use the sanitize feature it seems to help a little but it was making the designs on my pint glasses fade so i stopped using that setting. The glassware and pans come out dry. I just open the dishwasher and let the plastic air dry, so it’s ok for me but for those w families or a bunch of people using it, that could be annoying. My issue w the dishwasher is the way the racks are designed. It’s hard to fit things in, compared to past dishwashers. The top rack seems could have a lot more space for cups and glasses, and one of the rows has short prongs halfway down which I don’t find helpful. The bottom rack has big gaps in it, and it doesn’t fit bowls that well esp smaller ones. And it doesn’t hold large glasses/water bottles/ misc stuff like that super sturdy on bottom rack. It takes 2 hr 15 min to wash a load on normal, which is fine w me. It runs incredibly quietly - never had a dishwasher this quiet before! If you have to buy this dishwasher bc there aren’t any other options, don’t sweat, it works well and you’ll be fine. If you have other options, check out their designs before deciding.

We've owned bosch appliances before so we know there reliability. This model is extremely quiet at 46dba. It has all the extras you expect from Bosch. This dishwasher even makes it own soft water so glassware and silverware come out spot free. The only negative is this dishwasher is a little smaller than we're used to. This problem is not their fault just the limit of the space we had for a new dishwasher. We really like the warning lights for the salt and rinse aide. Great product, we highly recommend this dishwasher.

    Horrid horrid dishwasher

This is such a horrible dishwasher that I don’t recommend anyone ever bother or they will tear their hair out like I am. I had to buy this ADA compliant dishwasher because the cabinet space in our kitchen is too small and no installer was willing to “shove it in” like our previous standard sized dishwasher. This dishwasher not only does not clean well and I have to often rewash by hand quite a few of the dishes. It has terrible selections, no “dry” button and every load is still soaking wet after an almost 3 hour wash cycle. It smells like food is rotting for some reason - it may be due to some kind of condensation style drying but the dishes smell like rotten food and are wet every so I have to kind of prop it open and let it air dry. The spacing in the basket dishes is so poorly thought out and organized. The dish “holders” are so short that I can’t get anything to stay up in there and so close together for almost all dishes - forget being able to put any normal size bowls in there. I end up having to haphazardly pile like 5 dishes at a time as it doesn’t hold them up and with how badly it washes I don’t want to risk having to rewash them. I constantly have a second load to do because of it. The flatware bin doesn’t fit well anywhere and it takes up almost a quarter of the space which is already smaller. And it’s so poorly designed that somehow the utensils don’t get washed well and I have to hand wash them. I seriously get so upset every morning having to deal with this ridiculous dishwasher. It cost so much more too because of the ADA compliant style (it is a bit smaller and shorter) and I sooo regret this purchase. Don’t make the same mistake I did and avoid this one.

Well our old dishwasher finally stop working and draining so next me and my wife are in Best buys trying to see what can we get. The old dishwasher was put in before the new floor was put in so the opening is now shorter that many standard machines so I measured it and took the picture to the Best Buys and showed the sells man, he said only Bosch makes shorter machines they are built for ADA (Americans with Disability Act ) I was not ready to pay so much more but no choice it came with free installation. We wanted white also, it was a special ordered. Then when came the time to deliver Best Buys said we can deliver but can not install at this time due to the Covid-19 I said fine bring it over we will decide what to do. But they made another installation appointment in case things got better. They did the delivered it and then two weeks later with all prepared masks and all they came and install the machine. I was happy to see that they did not give up. It was a mes to get the old one out sine now the new floor was on the way, but we did it , now to install the new machine took may be 15-minutes. This Machine is state of art and with great workmanship made in Germany. All you have to do is push a button and it does everything. We have not seen our dishes this clean ever before. Did I say it is one quite one we can not tell if it is on unless you get close to it. Very happy with my purchase and in the time like this to see Best Buys stands on their words and costumer comes first. Now we have had this machine for a month.

My previous dishwasher aged itself out of usefulness over a year ago and my wife and I were not too enthused about searching for a replacement. When we finally decided it was time to make our lives just a little bit easier, we looked at the various options and went with Bosch based on the specs and salesperson's recommendation. Our favorite feature of this dishwasher is how quiet it it. We load the dishwasher at night prior to bedtime and you don't even hear it purr when it's doing the laborious work of washing dirty dishes, I'm not used to a cycle lasting over two hours, but that has not been an issue. The rack is conducive to heavy dish loads, which was not the case with our previous dishwasher and aesthetically, it blends in with our other kitchen appliances nicely.

The dishwasher we saw on the floor was not available for 3 months, so we were offered this one in the same 300 series. The features are very different. For one, there are only two racks, the one we looked at had three. The racks in this model do not have the flexibility of the model we looked at. This dishwasher holds less dishes than our old Whirlpool. However, it cleans the dishes better and in a shorter amount of time. It is very quiet. We also like the exterior and the control panel.

We had to get an ADA-compliant dishwasher because our kitchen floor which was was installed years ago is now too high to fit a standard dishwasher under the counter. This Bosch model got the highest reviews compared to the other brands and models of ADA dishwashers by other companies, so we decided to make the investment in a Bosch. I was a little hesitant purchasing and having it installed by Best Buy since I had never purchased a major appliance with them before, but I was VERY impressed with the installation team, very impressed. They did an excellent job, they were very thorough and very professional. The installation took almost an hour but I figured it would because of the situation with my floor and having to remove the old dishwasher, and also the dishwasher is not right next to my sink, there's a cabinet in between. I was so stressed out before they showed up and worried that the installation would not go smoothly that I almost considered going without a dishwasher forever. But the whole removal/ installation process was perfectly fine. I would DEFINITELY use Best Buy again. This dishwasher is smaller on the inside than my old one but it still holds a good amount. It is unbelievably quiet and does a great job of cleaning the dishes. I use the delicate cycle which is under two hours (105) minutes, and the dishes still come out very clean. So happy and relieved that I made this purchase:)

All is well after the first month. really quite. Not sure when it is on lol haven't opened the door accidentally yet. So if your ears aren't what they were, or your memory I'd maybe get a noisier model. really easy to use and cleans the dishes nicely. Dries them pretty much all the way, sometime some wet plastic items, but that is normal ish.

This replaced a 40 year old dishwasher that really hadn't worked in a few years. It fit even though I have old fashioned lower counters. I am absolutely amazed by how well it cleans the dishes. It was a real eye opener as to how badly my dishes were being washed before. It is very very quiet. The cycle is way longer than I'm used to but really, who cares??? I love this dishwasher.

We opted to return this item but I know others that have this dishwasher. We have a large family so we decided to spend a little more and get a "tall tub" model that holds more place settings and has an adjustable third rack for cutlery and other small items. Please note this this is a European brand and is made like most European products are made: to conserve energy. It does not have a heated dry feature. Our friends have no problem with theirs and the model we opted to purchase when we returned this one has the same condensation drying feature. I don't mind opening the door a little if I need to as some reviews mention, but if that's a big deal for you then I guess you'll want to stay away from Bosch and many other models that don't have a heating element for their dry cycle. I look forward to not our kids melting items in the dishwasher AND saving money with this energy efficient feature. It seems a lot of companies are going this direction. I figure it's also one less part that might break, but Bosch is known for longevity so I wouldn't expect many repairs to be necessary anyway.

Had to buy smaller size for space available. Had to get used to limited space, but is so quiet you can't tell it's even running!! Be sure to read your manual for use as there's a vent that cannot be covered on bottom left corner, and amount of soap required is different than used to. Great machine!

At first, I’ m having a second thought buying a Bosch dishwasher. I’m a Whirlpool guy. The problem was, I need a small size, an ADA compliance. Wow, and its so quiet 46db. Don’t know if its running. I even push the start button twice. Cleans well so far. No problems yet. Less than 2 months.

We had to find a smaller dishwasher as our space did not allow for the standard size. We have always wanted a Bosch, and all expectations have been met with this model. We have previously gone through a Samsung and GE, and both were disappointing. While we do find this unit to be a little short on space, the efficiency and power of the Bosch makes up for it. Dishes come out clean every time. The installation team was also superb, and for that reason we will continue to look to Best Buy for any future purchases we may have.

First, I bought this machine in May but did not take delivery of it until early July. It cleans dishes well but because it is ADA compliant the interior is smaller and cumbersome. I like that it has warning lights to indicate it is low on rinse aid and salt. I say salt because it has a built in water softener which is great if you have hard water and no softener for your whole house. Overall it’s a great machine if you need an ADA compliant one.
