I was skeptical at first but no more. Works well and great price.

There is no express wash option so the minimum wash cycle is 2 hours. The process to register the appliance is so far behind other appliance manufacturers that it becomes annoying and a waste of time.

We have hard water and the built in water softener has corrected the spotting problem we were having with our previous dishwasher. Everything comes out sparkling, especially our glasses.Also, this is the quietest dishwasher we have ever had.

Very long cycle - over 2 hours

The inside configuration does not work well. Very little can be placed on the top, and the only thing that can be placed on the bottom are plates or one big bowl or pan. Also, unless you use the rinse aid, it doesn't dry well & that's just an extra expense.

Got a weird error code that was not listed in the manual. Geek squad called Bosch. Bosch support couldn't tell us what the code meant. I assume the smart dishwasher is way too smart for us humans to figure out how to make it work. Personally, I'm going to be wart of Bosch's smartness going forward since I'm too much of a luddite to appreciate it.
