The smart features are a nice touch. There are some functions only available in the app, which is a little strange to get used to. But it gets the dishes clean. The rack layout is a bit awkward, but works, and could do better job drying plasticware

The first one was working fine until an electrical problem fried it. The new one works just as well and I would not have second thoughts about making this purchase. It cleans great and is very quiet.
