Hi Ginga, we apologize if this dishwasher has not met your expectations. Your feedback is very important to us and will be shared with the appropriate team as we’re committed to continuous improvement. Bosch dishwashers use a condensation drying process known as PureDry™ - an energy-efficient, closed drying system that does not pull in outside air or use an exposed heating element. An extra hot wash heats dishes during the final rinse. The coolness of the stainless-steel interior pulls moisture away from dishes onto the tub walls, where remaining water droplets are drained away. Please note that plastic items do not retain heat as well as other dishware materials and won't dry as quickly. Troubleshooting steps for unsatisfactory drying results and tips to maximize your dishwasher's loading space can be found in the Use & Care manual, available to download on Bosch's website. Here are some tips that should help: 1: The use of a rinse agent such as Finish® Jet Dry® rinse aid to help dishes dry faster. 2: For everyday use we recommend the Auto Cycle, which is best for mixed loads of dishes with varying amounts of food soil. 3: Selecting special drying options like Sanitize and Extra Dry, these operate at a higher temperature and help enhance drying results. Here are some tips that should help: 1. Use Finish® Jet Dry® rinse aid to help dishes dry faster. *This doesn't have to be added for each cycle, you fill the reservoir then the dishwasher will indicate when the reservoir is empty and needs to be refilled.* 2. For everyday use, we recommend Auto Cycle, which is best for mixed loads of dishes with varying amounts of food soil. 3. Select special drying options like "Sanitize and Extra Dry". Sanitize operates at a higher temperature to help eliminate bacteria and enhance drying results. 4. When unloading clean dishes, pull out lower racks first to avoid dripping water from the upper rack.
