Terrible odor when first open door after the wash

It goes away eventually. Haven't been able to reach Geek Squad yet to see if it can be fixed. Tried the remedy in the Bosch booklet but didn't work.

Overall the unit functions well but some features we were looking for were not including in this particular model.
