We expensive product. I wish they had a better sale pricing. Not sure why this product is so expensive

They sold me a LEMON and knew it, it was a bargain, but should have known better. It must have been caught in a flood, can not get that smell out of it, I have put clean dishes in it, they come out dirty. It sits there and looks pretty, but that's all it does. Buyer beware of open-box appliances.

Doesn’t dry and dirt is still on the dishes even if used extra dry and sanitize

I like the Bosh 300 series dishwasher, does a very good job cleaning the dishes and is very quite doing it.

Nothing but problems. It's a lemon. Best Buy cannot replace after two weeks sober are stuck with it

Heating mechanism broke after 2 months. Can't get ahold of anyone to help return product.

This is a descent dishwasher, but I don't care for the controls on the top inside of the door. Also, quality does not seem very good.

Only giving this one star because I had to give it something. Purchased this in June of 2020. This is the second Bosch dishwasher I have owned. The last one's mother board went out. Less than 2 years later, I had the same issue. Warranty only good for a year. Will never buy anything Bosch again.

We had originally purchased a Samsung DW80F600UTS dishwasher in 09/2015. During that period we had it repair 3 times. Thankfully we had the Best Buy Geek Squad Protection Plan so it didn't cost us anything for the repairs. But at the last repair we were told that they would not be able to repair our machine any longer because the cost to repair our machine would exceed the value. So since we had the Geek Squad protection our repair tech got everything arranged and called me back and said to go to Best Buy and pick out a new machine. On 6/2017 we had decided to get the Bosch SHEM63W55N. We are so happy with this choice. We are not dish rinsing people, we just scrape the chunky stuff off and put it in the dishwasher, we have never had to rewash a single dish. The machine is very quite (we don't have to turn the television volume up while washing a load) and does an excellent job in washing. A million times better than the Samsung (booooo) and the Bosch looks nice. There is a count down easily visible so that I know how much time I have left in the wash cycle (Love that). We did notice in the beginning that after the wash our dishes was damper than usual, so I increased our water heater by just a little bit and prior to starting the dishwasher I would wash the sink out with hot water instead of washing it after I start the dishwasher. Also we crack the door open to help with drying and cools them off for easier handling. So far so good. Make sure you use a rinse aid. I'm just really happy that we are out of our Samsung nightmare and decided on our Bosch. We did purchase the Geek Squad protection on this one too. I don't foresee us using it but you never know.

Purchased because my previous machine, Bosch 500 model was great. This model is terrible, the middle arm spray does not get the cups clean. I thought the only difference between the 300 model would be less options, but the cleaning is actually much worse. I do not recommend.

We purchased the dishwasher June 12th. We have yet to have someone deliver and install it.

I have run it about eight times and I can’t get this terrible smell out of it. Smells almost like sewage. Also, knives on the upper shelf are not being cleaned because of the overall design. There is a plastic bar that goes al the way across and blocks the water. I will have to use the utensils rack from now on. If I can get the smell out of it then I would recommend it.

One problem, the inside of the dish washer is always wet when you open it when it is finished. Yes

It does not dry the dishes well — even when set on sanitize and extra dry. I even tried raising the default heat temperature to the highest setting. It does not have heating elements. My previous Bosch dishwasher was excellent. Best Buy was great and did an exchange for me. When installed, I’m hoping the new GE dishwasher does a good job.

13 months in, 1 month after warrantee expires, power goes out. A huge expense with a parts waiting period on 1 month. We were recommended this model, I recommend against it based on our experience.

The Bosch dishwasher stinks and all dishes, cups, glasses washed in it come out smelling and I have to wash over by hand!!!! Have not had time to contact anyone about this due to just got home from cruise and a dog that had to have emergency surgery.

First wash cycle flooded the kitchen and lower ceiling.

Washer was delivered and installed on time. Alittle cumbersome in the instructions and washing so far is average

I ran it 3 times by now. The pros are: it is very quite, it looks very nice, and it washes better than our old 22-year old Maytag (not better though than our Maytag a year ago). And there are several things that I wish are better. I was very excited about the 3rd rack but once started to use it, I changed my mind: it takes time to place the silverware flat one by one and the same with taking it out after it’s done. I now use the traditional way, the basket. And I took out the 3rd rack to rather make more height space for the 2nd rack. Perhaps the 3rd rack can still be used for some flat pieces like pot lids. It doesn’t dry well. Most dishes still have some moisture after 2.5 hours of its cycle. I never had this problem with my old dishwasher. As a result, the wine glasses are never sparkle clean. Also, it somehow feels smaller than it is when it comes to loading dishes. It must be the design of the shelves that doesn't allow to use it fully. There is a lot of fuss about Bosch dishwashers among sales people at the appliance departments. I went to several stores and heard all the same: Bosch only! The price is inflated and the quality is just very average. I bought it at BestBuy and I am not sure it was a good decision. I want to see how long it lasts.

It is very quiet, and I love the top shelf (drawer)... however the machine smells like rotten shrimp. I called Bosch and they sent out a repair man... The repair person said it is the type of drainage/plastic that is being used. I have had it 4 months and it still smells. this has nothing to do with Best Buy but everything to do with Bosch.
