Worst dishwasher ever. I Am looking to return and receive full refund.

Has plenty of bells and whistles but doesn't really dry dishes all that well.

Not easy to load and setting the cycles is not easy. Does not dry the dishes!

Worst dishwasher ever for drying all dishes. This dishwasher even has an extra dry button. Bosch was recommended by sales person as a reliable brand. My husband called Bosch and they said no dishwasher dries plastics. ( Not true) It is just not plastics. Not only do they not stand behind their product but they lie as well. We will never buy another Bosch product!

No happy with this item. Had one year and drain broke twice can’t get a repair for plastic part. Racks for dishes are not set correctly glasses cups fall over rather than stand up. Third rack no use no depth to hold much but spatculas maybe worthless.

I have used it only twice and the dryer cycle does not seem to work. Water standing when it is finished. Bosch cannot help me. 3 calls to them just today.

This dishwasher is superb and a real treat to use. Extremely quiet and efficient. Love the third rack!

When our previous Bosch dishwasher failed after only seven years we were quite annoyed, so decided to replace it with a KitchenAid unit. That was defective, so we reluctantly bought this Bosch, mainly because the controls were well laid out and easy to use. The installer had a very difficult time installing the new Bosch, probably due to being unable to adjust the height. After it was in it worked fine, but the lower shelf is problematic: the first time we tried to slide it out to remove dishes, it veered to the left and one of the wheels came off. It also doesn’t slide out smoothly and tends to come out too far. We should have maintained our resolve to not buy another Bosch: we won’t be fooled again but, for now, we are stuck with a very irritating device that is hard to use.

The middle rack is not very friendly for glassware - at least not ours. The upper rack is quite nice for flatware and we use it extensively. This means we really have no use for the flatware holder on the lower rack so this space is left useless because there is no rack that can be raised into place in the flatware holders absence. So far, despite using a drying agent (Finish) the dishes and stainless interior are wet at the end of the cleaning cycle. I've increased the amount of drying agent dispersed...still wet. Have now increased drying time to see if that does the job.

Never got this. It did not fit. And was canceled .

This dishwasher has worked as advertised since we purchased it. It is quiet and gets the dishes clean. By quiet, I mean it's very difficult to tell whether it is running a cycle or not. Some comments: we chose this because we wanted controls on the front, not the top of the door (the latter controls aren't accessible unless you open the door). The top rack is adjustable, meaning you can raise or lower it to suit your needs. It has a narrow top shelf for smaller items - flatware, small bowls, bike or water bottle tops, etc. it doesn't have a heated dry cycle, but does have an extended dry cycle. we sometimes grab a dish rag and dry the tops of upside down glasses before we unload. it has a reservoir for rinse aid - helps keep glasses from spotting. only need to fill it roughly every 30 washes, so about monthly. worth doing, we think the glasses look very clean and not spotted, unlike the old dishwasher. the interior has a slight odor at first - not the things getting washed, something about the inside, like a mild plastic odor. it goes away. there is a filter in the bottom - you twist a disk to remove and clean it from time to time. no tools necessary, thankfully. Installation was free and seamless - we received several calls confirming timing, and the installer showed up at the front end of the three hour install window, then gave a short demo of how it works when he was done.

Returned the dishwasher because they wanted to charge me another fee to replace the valve under my sink. Already had add-ons added which I had paid for. Would not accept another add on. I would not recommend Best Buy to a friend.

Love love love this dishwasher. The arrangement of the dish racks works really well with our dishes, and my husband particularly likes the silverware rack. This thing is SO QUIET - sometimes it’s hard to tell when it’s on. We live in a 750 square foot house and our bedroom shares a wall with the kitchen. We never hear it when we are in the bedroom. Dishes come out perfectly clean every time. Easy to clean the “gunk trap” at the bottom of the machine. We also have a Bosch fridge and are about to buy the 300 series Bosch compact washer and dryer. Big time Bosch fans!!

Worst dishwasher ever save your money and don’t buy this thing. Get a different brand. Bout mine January 21 it’s June 23 and is not working any more. No warranty with manufacturer or best buy. Never again.

It stinks like chemicals all the time. It will not clean bowls on the bottom shelf. All pegs on bottom are slanted, so only plates fit well. With all the right detergents/rinse agents it does not clean well. Dishes have to go in almost spot less. My old cheap one did much better for years until it died. I was so excited to get a Bosch. Very disappointed.

I have this dishwasher in another home and it works perfectly. I loved it so much I bought the same model for our permanent home. It cleans dishes great it is very quiet, in all aspects but one it’s equal to the one I previously bought. It would get 5 stars. BUT the one aspect that differs is the smell. The most recent one stinks so bad that I ready the dishes to remove the foul, oily, pungent chemical odor. I’ve tried cleaning it, sanitizing it, running several cycles. Nothing is removing this smell.

The Machine stopped working with code e21 it is more than 3 months I’m trying to get someone fix it but every time I call after long wait the call drops!!!

This purchase has been a total disaster. I had 2 dishwashers deliver one didn't fit the other water does not come into dishwasher apparently the equipment is not working properly another is supposed to come tomorrow I asked to be the first on delivery and the person that called me on Sunday said I was the lst and they were not familiar with the area. Never again with Best Buy, the help at the store ware helpful but your delivery service is not good at all.

The Best Buy geek squad damaged my countertop and destroyed this Bosch by jamming it into my counter and caving in the roof of the unit. I had to wait two weeks for an LG to replace it and now I have to get a new countertop. Thanks Best Buy.

Does not dry dishes! Returned and bought a Maytag. Not as quiet as the Bosch but cleans better and dries dishes!
