Bought this dishwasher from Best Buy with installation. Bottom rack dishes were not getting clean. The bottom spray arm was not spraying. Geek Squad came to repair but not successful. It's going back. Buying local where I can get someone on the phone. Beware if you buy the installation then return a broken item they will argue about refunding the installation charge. Disappointed in Bosch and in Best Buy.

Bought as open box excellent. Was missing parts and front legs damaged. Also price on sticker was less than I paid for it.

It does not clean or dry the dishes, my husband got it because of all the good reviews he was mislead.. I do not recommend this dishwasher at all.

This product and the Bosch company receive 0 stars from me. The unit I received stopped working due to a hole in the stainless steel tub. The unit was defective. After 5 weeks of dealing with Bosch, they finally sent a replacement unit. It was also defective, and I am still without a dishwasher!

It’s the second delivery that came in damaged after a two month wait.

We LOVE this dishwasher - best I've ever used. It cleans virtually everything, and unlike other dishwashers, actually dries the dishes before I need to unload them. Perfect! It is extremely quiet. We recently moved and I am looking to purchase this same model for the new house.

The good news: Dishwasher has done a great job for the first five months of owning it. It took the first couple of cycles to figure out that rinse aid is a must if you want the dishes dry. Otherwise they were always wet after the cycle was complete. This model has plenty of space for the dishes and are also adjustable. The third or skinny drawer is great for silverware. We took the silverware basket out of the bottom rack to create more space for plates, etc. The bad news: All of the sudden the lights on the display started to flash and will not turn the dishwasher on. We have called Bosch and since it is only 5 months old it should be under warranty. However, it will be a week before the technician can come and diagnose the problem. So we will be out of a dishwasher for at least a week, maybe more. We are highly disappointed in the short amount of time before we had an issue and the customer service seems to not really care. We will also have to leave work to let the technician in to look at it. I will update this after the technician has been here to diagnose the problem, good or bad.

this has been a horrible, terrible experience!! The dishwasher was faulty..and we had to pay an electrician to find that out. We returned the dishwasher and are STILL waiting for refund. We will NEVER buy anything from Best Buy again!!

After all the research, this was the choice. But, some reviews said otherwise - primarily the "doesn't dry" complaint. This was definitely the right choice! Great machine! Dries beautifully. So friggin quiet! Dishes SO clean (without rinsing/soaking)! Wow and whew! I suppose there are lemons but not ours! Great machine. Best Buy install team were perfect - quiet, professional, and effective. We are 60 days into it - using it nightly - no negatives! Oh, and have to say - having the controls facing out is OUTSTANDING - terrific feature not available generally. 1st Bosch machine - I like it.

We recently returned this dishwasher after having it only two weeks because it was noisy and didn't dry the dishes at all. Was expecting better from Bosch since we paid quite a bit of money for it.

Cleans dishes just fine. The adjustable top rack is a pain to adjust up and down. If you don’t use a lot of dishes (small family, single person) the inside starts to ABSOLUTELY WREEK with a sewer like smell as your waiting to fill it up which could take days. I’ve read another review that said the same. In order for your dishes to dry completely you need to open it after cycle finishes, shake off all the water that had collected on top of cups and other places like Tupperware lips and lids and leave the door open a few inches for a couple hours and dishes will dry. I had a new Samsung dishwasher recently at other house and the door automatically opened at end of cycle to dry dishes. That would’ve been a nice feature here. This is an energy saving feature so if you’re wondering if it’s because the dishwasher is junk that’s not the reason. It’s so it can be energy star and efficient. However, it should come with an option to bypass this if you need dishes washed and DRIED quickly like during the holidays. Not sure if I could recommend this because of the horrible smell.

This is the worst dishwasher I have ever owned. It does not dry dishes at all - even on the extra dry setting. I've noticed this trend is starting in the reviews. Buyer beware.

Almost finished 2 cycles... Being the most frustrating and painful experience since. No one wants to help. A yoyo on the phone, hours spent... 2 service visits with no success. What a disaster.

I really can’t rate it, as I bought it. Delivered by Best buy, it was damaged, got another one, damaged exactly the same way. Waited for months for this dishwasher….still no dishwasher

This dishwasher leaked the first time it was used after being installed! I have tried and tried to get help and can't get anyone to come look at it or fix it!!! I'm done with Best Buy!!!

My Bosch 300 series dishwasher is the best dishwasher I’ve ever owned. The dishes come out sparkling clean. It doesn’t matter what setting I use. Very quiet operation. Very spacious interior. Easy to use control panel.

Item never worked. Had to return after 3 visits from GEEK squad. They could not fix.
