I bought this oven for its smaller footprint than the usual double-turkey huge ovens. It is still big enough to cook a turkey, but at least it's not an oversized waste of energy and space. Also, it's a true convection oven. The last bit means it heats evenly, and you can achieve much better cooking consistency. And indeed, it's really superb. I did not get it for the wifi connection that it has... but it connects to my phone, and I can check the cooking and even change the temperature and time while it cooks from the phone. While this might look as a superfluous functionality, but it also lets me know on the phone when the bake is done. And that's super helpful for when you are in another room, or doing other things. Of course, it does not just connect to any random phone, you have to set the phone up and pair to the oven. On the other hand, you don't need a phone to use it. It has an intuitive menu system, very easy to learn and use. I really love how easy it is to set baking time, and that it shows how close the pre-heating is to the operating temperature. In addition, it fit really well under the counter, and even after an hour of cooking the countertop above it does not get any warmer than the normal room temperature.

I haven't had a chance to use this oven much, but judging from the use I've had it it great! I made a cake from a store bought package using the convection mode that turned out to be the best cake my husband and I have ever had! It was incredibly light and fresh we finished the whole cake within 24 hours! This was my first exposure to a convection oven and my friend said I will LOVE it. Based on my one experience, my friend was correct.

Rapid preheating. So far consistent baking. Good instruction manual but you must read it to understand capabilities of oven.

Our old oven was over three and a half decades in use, and needed replacement. We have had good luck with Bosch appliances, but more importantly needed one that fit the cut out of the prior oven in the wall. There were few options, but this one, special ordered by BestBuy turned out to be just perfect. Since ours was so old, we are learning the new features slowly, and loving several of them.

I am still learning my way around the oven. I haven’t burned anything yet.

Terrible, it did not work. The ring would not allow to change oven temperature or set clock. Chose another model. It takes a month to get replacement.
