This thing does not dry dishes. At all. OH. And the hinges on the door are wonky, which is somehow not in the warranty? Now they're telling me I need a whole new unit. I. AM. NEVER. Buying this brand again.

Unit doesn't dry. Left excessive moisture in machine after cycle. Traded back in for different brand

After purchasing three at another store I purchased one here and it also did not function correctly.

The 1st & 2nd dishwashers were defective. After more than a week I am still waiting on my refund.

Bought this dishwasher 1 week ago. Could not do anything with cleaning after 2 minutes error code e24 comes up clean the pan with 3 inches of water wasted $900 on this machine. Sucks big time

This is my first appliance review and the first appliance purchase that I recall that was so positive. I can't speak to reliability because we have had it only 6 weeks but functionally it is terrific. Never have our dishes been so clean and the dishwasher is delightfully quiet. I have no complaints but here are a few comments. Some of the functions such as extra heat must be programmed in which is easy but non intuitive- keep you owners manual handy. The cycle times are longer than we were used to but it doesn't matter to us because we run it at night and it is so quiet that we don't use the delay function. If your kitchen doesn't get immediate hot water (it is a long way to the water heater) the dishwasher runs fine- it just lengthens cycle time a bit. The air dry function works in conjunction with extra heat to leave the dishes dry in the morning. Because of COVID I elected to install the dishwasher myself- my first dishwasher installation. I learned why Best Buy charges $150 for installation. It took me about 8 hours but I could do a second one much faster. The installation instructions were straight forward and getting it functional would be quick and easy but It took me quite awhile fiddle fussing getting the cosmetic alignment good enough to satisfy my wife. The dishwasher is about the same size as the one we replaced but the drain line exits straight out the back requiring more clearance than the old one. The dishwasher is much heavier than our old one- not really a problem but you may want an appliance dolly. All in all at this point this was a great purchase! My wife is delighted!

DISHWASHER NOT WORKING PROPERLY ALMOST FROM THE FIRST DAY. CALL FOR SERVICE AND IT WAS IMPOSSIBLE TO COMMUNICATE.

Water doesn’t drain, stops about 10 minutes in and gives me an error code. Greek squad coming next weekend

Best buy is a great place to buy appliances. Bosch dishwasher was not what I hoped it would be . I got another brand and it's perfect.

I love my new Bosch dishwasher. The dishwasher runs so quietly, I only know it is on by the red light that beams on the floor. The three adjustable racks allow for lots of dish storage. The dishwasher has many cycles to match the needs of each load. Dishes are cleaned beautifully. Best Buy salesman was wonderful. They scheduled delivery and installation fast, and every step from purchase to install was professionally handled, effortless, fast, and convenient. I highly recommend Best Buy when purchasing appliances.

The dishwasher installer didn’t turn the water off, broke a valve and flooded my kitchen and basement.

Unless you hear this drain you do not hear it. It runs quietly, gets my dishes clean and sanitized. The long cycle time is ok for me, I think it helps clean the dishes. I love the configuration inside, and the extra top shelf is great for kitchen utensils. The only issue is that it was tough to figure out how to adjust the end of cycle alarm.

We've only had the dishwasher for a couple weeks so this is definitely not a long term review. It is taking some adjustment to getting used to loading this dishwasher. But when it is washing the machine is impressively quiet. We run it overnight, and while there is some water collected in the recessed bottoms of our glasses, I have no complaints about how clean and dry the dishes are. We ordered the recommended Finish products and have been quite satisfied. Highly recommended based on the first weeks of use.

This is the most quiet dishwasher I have ever seen. Sometimes its hard to know that its even running. Most of the time, the only way to tell is the red led it shoots onto the ground.

Lets get serious, I have owned several dishwashers, some good but some mostly bad and this one is top notch. I researched and looked at every type of online review and a lot of bells and whistles dishwashers, but sadly, mediocre performance with regards to actually cleaning the dishes. This unit is not only the quietest unit around, it is sleek and compact and gets the dishes clean and dry and lets you pack in as many as you want. Sure it may cost a little more but Bosch knows dishwashers and it does not need the bells and whistles to be great. I ditched a Whirlpool piece of garbage for this gem and I am glad I did!

Great product easy to use very very very quiet!!!!

I read many reviews of many different dishwashers before buying and I felt good about this one. I've had it for about a month now and it has not met expectations. Here's why... 1- the glasses on the right hand side do not get cleaned properly as they have an imprint from the glass holder on them when they come out. The glasses on the left hand side don't have the imprint but still are not super clean...marks near mouth, etc. 2- if you don't put the detergent in just right (and very slowly), the holder is poorly designed on a slant and the detergent all falls out. 3- cannot run the dishwasher without the rinsing liquid agent holder filled. If you're out of that and just have detergent, won't work. The big pro is that it is really quiet and looks very modern/ sleek. Overall, really wish I purchased another contender I was considering!

Cleans great. Love the silverware tray. Doesn’t dry so well though.
