The electronics died 11 months after installation. Two months later, we are still waiting for Bosch to make good on the warranty. The board and some other part were on back order. Finally, 7 weeks after the technician came and diagnosed the (obvious) problem, and after 2 repair appointments that Bosch made and then canceled once they realized they still didn't have the parts, Bosch agreed to replace the unit. Five days have gone by since that contact and since I submitted the required proof of purchase without even an acknowledgement. Their customer service department doesn't have access to these "replace" cases to give a status update -- and that's the only department a consumer can connect with. It's an insane runaround. As others have said, it feels like delaying tactics rather than just they're overwhelmed. On the bright side, it was whisper quiet when it was running --though the previous Bosch we owned cleaned the dishes noticeably better.

This Dishwasher by far exceeded my expectations, it is the best dishwasher I have owned. Spotless dishes, dry plastic with no water residue.

It’s so quiet you can’t even tell it’s running. Habe not had it very long to ck out the other cycles

This is our second Bosch dishwasher. The first one is 12 years old and running perfectly. The new one is great so far.

Love my Bosch dishwasher! It's so quiet, don't know its on. Only brand where I can do dishes and watch Netflix at the same time! lol

Absolutely love my new Bosch dishwasher. SOOOOO QUIET!!!!!!! And the rack's design gives me so much room. The top rack for all the silverware is a dream come true! Bosch, you're the best.....Thank you!

More complicated than it needs to be. The silverware holder is small and inconviently located. Learning out to use the most desirable features may not be easy for those who aren't great w aps. Loading it requires watching a video . It is neither easy nor intuitive despite some ways to customize. I am already behind on cleaning the filter and the blades, bc I love having to maintain this more than my 15 yo Kitchen Maid. And lastly, there is a dispenser for required jet dry but the place to put it lies flat w the door open and outside of waiting for the excess to spill out, there is no way to know how much is in there. Yes, the dishes get squeakly clean but I have had to rewash some plastic cups. I didn't need such a fancy dishwasher and had it been easy to return , it wouldn't have lasted a week. BTW, bought it online w/o seeing it.

Pros - Excellent wash quality. - Incredibly quiet. - Top rack is really useful for kid's items. - Energy efficient compared to our last dishwasher. Cons - I can't fit nearly as much into it as my previous dishwasher due to the racking. The pegs are too close together to easily fit deeper items like certain bowls or Tupperware. - The silverware caddy is small so we actually use the one from our old dishwasher instead. - If you don't use the auto air function the drying is not adequate.

Had a Bosch for 8 years. The motherboard went bad, so the logical thing was not to repair it. Comparing the cost of the repair of an 8 year old dishwasher to buying a new one made more sense. The new one is working fine. Happy with my decision

I purchased the dishwasher February 2024, on day one the dishwasher could never connect to the app to control it with the phone. In July 2025 it stopped working altogether. I purchased the Geek Squad protection plan until March 2029. The third party vendor that does the repairs has horrible scheduling and communication but after several calls we got them to come and check the machine. They ordered parts and came back without an appointment and we weren’t home. We called and rescheduled, the technician installed the part and it still didn’t work and said it was beyond economical repair and Best Buy would call me. Best Buy never called. It took me over 10 calls and a month to get a replacement and now they want to sell me another extended warranty because the warranty is over once they replace the unit. I wanted my unit fixed, they decided it was cheaper to replace it, but now want to sell me another protection plan. Best Buy lost a customer.

It’s so quiet but there’s no button to set schedule to work…. You can set the timer to use app only.

The dishwasher is running as expected with a Bosch product. We have had no issues with it. It is quiet and cleans the dishes well. The Best Buy salespeople that helped me were very helpful as well. Overall , we are very happy with the product.

Works great.opens door when cycle is complete. Only small issue...mounted high so we have no clue how much time is left or when door is open for cleaned dishes vs dirty.

Love Love this dishwasher. The features wi-fi are amazing. The silverware rack at the top is incredible for space and cleaning efficiency. I recommend this dishwasher. This dishwasher is amazingly quite. Absolutely the best buy!

Very happy with this Bosch dishwasher so far, only had it a few weeks. Installation was great as well. Very quiet, 44db which is one reason we bought another Bosch to replace previous one. Just wish they still made utensil holder longer like previous ones, new one only half the size. I'm not a big fan of putting them in the top 3rd rack as suggested, I use that for larger utensils. I find it confusing trying to find additional settings through the Home Connect app or doing it manually pushing buttons as there are many more options than displayed on the control panel. Dishes come out spotless and dry using the Auto/Sanitize/Autoair combination.

The Utensil holder is half the size it used to be and it is difficult to adjust the height of the middle rack

It's a nice unit. Wish it did not have to be controlled with Wi-Fi. It's not as easy to set washing parameters. I tried doing that on the control panel but ended up having to go online. But once I had it setup it works good. I found that using the recommended Finish dishwashing soap and rinse works better than the Cascade, which is what I used previously. Not too wet inside using the Finish product.

Runs quietly and the dishes are very clean. I am most happy with this purchase. Very much worth the cost.

I wish i had a 30 to 40 minutes cycle. The door is not opening softly. I am not sure if the installation was wrong, or is it the way that it was designed, or it's a defect. The washer is extremely silent, to the point that I started it and I didn't know if it was running. The light below indicated that it started.

What a great machine! So quiet, we have to use the app to make sure it is running. Third rack for utensils and odd items without compromising room on the other racks. So many ways to adjust racks even one side up the other side down to accommodate cookie sheets on the lower rack and still have room for tall glasses on the top. We loved the sales rep and installer too. My cousin is an appliance repair person and says don’t get anything but Bosch. We were pleasantly surprised there were so many options in stock!
