What a great machine! So quiet, we have to use the app to make sure it is running. Third rack for utensils and odd items without compromising room on the other racks. So many ways to adjust racks even one side up the other side down to accommodate cookie sheets on the lower rack and still have room for tall glasses on the top. We loved the sales rep and installer too. My cousin is an appliance repair person and says don’t get anything but Bosch. We were pleasantly surprised there were so many options in stock!

Easy to operate, very quiet and great performance.

Had a Bosch for 8 years. The motherboard went bad, so the logical thing was not to repair it. Comparing the cost of the repair of an 8 year old dishwasher to buying a new one made more sense. The new one is working fine. Happy with my decision

This unit cost more than I originally planned to spend, but I'm very happy with my choice. It does a great job cleaning my dishes despite having hard water and no water softener in my house. There is no heating element for drying. Instead, the heat retained from the hot water does most of the drying, and then the door automatically opens. There are other options, but this works for me. Since there's no heating element, there's no "top rack only" restriction. Plastic can go anywhere. It's Bluetooth, so my phone notifies me when the cycle is finished. And bring a Bosch, I have confidence in the workmanship.

Absolutely love my new Bosch dishwasher. SOOOOO QUIET!!!!!!! And the rack's design gives me so much room. The top rack for all the silverware is a dream come true! Bosch, you're the best.....Thank you!

First, the Dishwaser is "The Best". We had a Bosch at our old house and it was great, moved and the house came with a Fisher Paykel double drawer which was fine, but didn't seem to load as much as the Bosch. The Fisher Paykel died and so I bought this Bosch and LOVE it! I usually install my own dishwashers and the Bosch was easy to install, but I was recovering from a bad accident and had Best Buy do it. I was a little nervous if they would do a good job I have to say they get 5+ stars. The technician was really great and did an excellent install. Hope this is helpful, buy the Bosch!

The dishwasher is running as expected with a Bosch product. We have had no issues with it. It is quiet and cleans the dishes well. The Best Buy salespeople that helped me were very helpful as well. Overall , we are very happy with the product.

Awesome quiet dishwasher. Sometimes a bit quirky with the controls, however. Nice look and feel in the kitchen.

It works as intended. No problems loading. Holds long stem wine and martini glasses. Everything fits so far.

Our old washer couldn’t get our dishes clean but this Bosch is amazing!

This Dishwasher by far exceeded my expectations, it is the best dishwasher I have owned. Spotless dishes, dry plastic with no water residue.

I’m not 100% satisfied with this dishwasher, but I also don’t completely hate it. We chose this washer after our 7 year old GE broke and there are features I wish this one had that the GE had. This Bosch just feels smaller overall inside and the racks themselves are flimsier. The tiny silverware basket is kind of a joke. This washer does not have an option to wash only the lower or upper rack on its own- you have to wash the entire washer in each run. Perhaps the remote start has an option to delay the start (I haven’t set this up), but the washer itself doesn’t offer this timer feature. The upper rack does not have space for tall/ regular sized cups due to the third flat rack above it. There are times when dishes aren’t completely clean which is disappointing. I was expecting better results from this machine. This dishwasher is quiet though. I read reviews before buying and we run the dishwasher almost everyday. Overall, I wouldn’t have chosen this washer if I had a chance to try before buying. I miss other features that it doesn’t offer.

Love Love this dishwasher. The features wi-fi are amazing. The silverware rack at the top is incredible for space and cleaning efficiency. I recommend this dishwasher. This dishwasher is amazingly quite. Absolutely the best buy!

It is a very expensive dishwasher, and I will never use the wifi option (why in the world would anyone want MORE devices on their wifi system?) I just wish it came with a booklet, and that the silverware rack were bigger. Using the top rack for everyday silverware is a bit of a hassle. I also don't like that I have to manually clean the filter and arms. Never had to do that on any dishwasher before.

I purchased the dishwasher February 2024, on day one the dishwasher could never connect to the app to control it with the phone. In July 2025 it stopped working altogether. I purchased the Geek Squad protection plan until March 2029. The third party vendor that does the repairs has horrible scheduling and communication but after several calls we got them to come and check the machine. They ordered parts and came back without an appointment and we weren’t home. We called and rescheduled, the technician installed the part and it still didn’t work and said it was beyond economical repair and Best Buy would call me. Best Buy never called. It took me over 10 calls and a month to get a replacement and now they want to sell me another extended warranty because the warranty is over once they replace the unit. I wanted my unit fixed, they decided it was cheaper to replace it, but now want to sell me another protection plan. Best Buy lost a customer.

Good: Very quiet compared to other brands. Good but not great job cleaning. Not Good: Overly complicated WiFi features. Shipped with a cracked drain hose. 1st service call. Developed issue of starting then stopping after 1 minute. 2nd service call. Now, after 7 months of use, has same problem. Waiting on 3rd service call.

Love my Bosch dishwasher! It's so quiet, don't know its on. Only brand where I can do dishes and watch Netflix at the same time! lol

Very happy with purchase, it’s very quite and love the red light that reflects on floor when dishwasher is running. It cleans very well and I like the fact that I can drop the second rack for tall glasses. The third rack is also very nice you can put extra silver ware and that can be dropped. It is also wifi enabled and I can start it remotely from my phone which is a nice plus. Very happy with this dishwasher had a three year old General Electric dishwasher that died and got no satisfaction from GE. Even though this product was more expensive I feel it was money well spent.

this is my 2nd Bosch dishwasher from Best Buy. The first one was a series 100 purchased back in 2010. This new toy I got series 500 was MUCH more quieter. Although I wish it does not have the 3rd rack. I was going to Home Depot for this purchase but Best Buy had better offer: FREE delivery & installation & even through in a power cord free of charge. Your installer shown professionalism.
