Very quiet and cleans great. I am finally able to start breaking the habit of prewashing dishes before loading them in the dishwasher. Cleans great, and I'm glad to have gotten the 500 series because it is just so quiet.

Thank goodness is comes equiped with a beam of light to the ground when running. The light shinning on the floor is the only way i can determine if the machine is running. It is sooooooo quiet.

This unit cost more than I originally planned to spend, but I'm very happy with my choice. It does a great job cleaning my dishes despite having hard water and no water softener in my house. There is no heating element for drying. Instead, the heat retained from the hot water does most of the drying, and then the door automatically opens. There are other options, but this works for me. Since there's no heating element, there's no "top rack only" restriction. Plastic can go anywhere. It's Bluetooth, so my phone notifies me when the cycle is finished. And bring a Bosch, I have confidence in the workmanship.

Love this dishwasher. We had a bosch at our previous home and when purchasing our new home, there was a lesser dishwasher equipped. The lesser (LG) died and I knew it was time to get a Bosch again. The performance is night and day. The 3rd rack for silverware is a must have!

Love it worth money cleans everything so well and very quit

First, the Dishwaser is "The Best". We had a Bosch at our old house and it was great, moved and the house came with a Fisher Paykel double drawer which was fine, but didn't seem to load as much as the Bosch. The Fisher Paykel died and so I bought this Bosch and LOVE it! I usually install my own dishwashers and the Bosch was easy to install, but I was recovering from a bad accident and had Best Buy do it. I was a little nervous if they would do a good job I have to say they get 5+ stars. The technician was really great and did an excellent install. Hope this is helpful, buy the Bosch!

This dishwasher replaced my old 26 years old Bosch dishwasher. This dishwasher is so quiet, you do not know it is on. The dishwasher projects a little red light on the floor to let you know it is running. I highly recommend it for fit and finish and Bosch's reliability.

this is my 2nd Bosch dishwasher from Best Buy. The first one was a series 100 purchased back in 2010. This new toy I got series 500 was MUCH more quieter. Although I wish it does not have the 3rd rack. I was going to Home Depot for this purchase but Best Buy had better offer: FREE delivery & installation & even through in a power cord free of charge. Your installer shown professionalism.

I’m not 100% satisfied with this dishwasher, but I also don’t completely hate it. We chose this washer after our 7 year old GE broke and there are features I wish this one had that the GE had. This Bosch just feels smaller overall inside and the racks themselves are flimsier. The tiny silverware basket is kind of a joke. This washer does not have an option to wash only the lower or upper rack on its own- you have to wash the entire washer in each run. Perhaps the remote start has an option to delay the start (I haven’t set this up), but the washer itself doesn’t offer this timer feature. The upper rack does not have space for tall/ regular sized cups due to the third flat rack above it. There are times when dishes aren’t completely clean which is disappointing. I was expecting better results from this machine. This dishwasher is quiet though. I read reviews before buying and we run the dishwasher almost everyday. Overall, I wouldn’t have chosen this washer if I had a chance to try before buying. I miss other features that it doesn’t offer.

It is a very expensive dishwasher, and I will never use the wifi option (why in the world would anyone want MORE devices on their wifi system?) I just wish it came with a booklet, and that the silverware rack were bigger. Using the top rack for everyday silverware is a bit of a hassle. I also don't like that I have to manually clean the filter and arms. Never had to do that on any dishwasher before.

Very happy with purchase, it’s very quite and love the red light that reflects on floor when dishwasher is running. It cleans very well and I like the fact that I can drop the second rack for tall glasses. The third rack is also very nice you can put extra silver ware and that can be dropped. It is also wifi enabled and I can start it remotely from my phone which is a nice plus. Very happy with this dishwasher had a three year old General Electric dishwasher that died and got no satisfaction from GE. Even though this product was more expensive I feel it was money well spent.

Quality dishwasher and does a nice job. Not too noisy, third rack, easy to operate and looks good too.

This is much better than best buy exclusive 300. It's quite and have nice racks. So far i'm very satisfied with it. Hope it can last for many years.

Much more complex that what I was used to. Will probably get the hang of it in time. Did not like the placement of the utensil basket, which should be in the front of the draw, rather than in the rear. The washing is so quiet that you do not know in is working, unless you note the little dim line that is on the floor in front of the unit. Also, it is so tight when closed that odors build up when the door is closed, and you cannot leave it ajar as it then sticks out too far and can be a hazard.

It’s quiet and cleans well, but the height on the bottom rack is not as tall as my last Bosch dishwasher. This is a problem because my dinner plates do not fit right.

Excellent, best dishwasher brand you can buy at the moment. So quiet, all the features we want and so spacious inside.

The best dishwasher I have ever had! It holds so much and the design is amazing! The only way to know it’s in is a red light that shines on the floor underneath it!

Great dishwasher, super quiet and excellent cleaning action. It’s our third Bosch dishwasher and would definitely recommend it.

This dishwasher is very quit and holds more dishes then standard dishwasher.
