I specifically bought this dishwasher over the 800 for the auto air feature. Dries really well. Struggles with plastic, but I heard most dishwashers do. I just select the auto function and let it do its thing.

I'm so glad I took the plunge for this reason alone even though it was not part of the reason why I replaced my dishwasher with this Boss Bosch! I have NO problems and it works really well.

It's quiet, fast, and tells you when it's done. They're expensive but they last. The top shelf is a really nice addition.

We can hear water spraying when pots/plates are in washer. Sometimes it is difficult to get the dryer to start. It may take several times of hitting the start button to get it to start.

The first was left in our home when we sold it, we bought a new one when we moved into our new house and then as we were changing the other appliances, we bought a new one in stainless. We have had great experience with Bosch dishwashers and would recommend them to anyone looking for a good dishwasher.

Its very loud at different cycles ans not sure how it has such a low DB rating. It also smears really easy on the finish. It does clean well but if you have an open kitchen floor and kids rooms near dont get this one.

Posted .Hi Nino9096, thanks for your review. We are sorry to hear you are not getting the best drying results from this dishwasher model. Here are some tips that should help: 1. Use Finish® Jet Dry® rinse aid to help dishes dry faster. *This doesn't have to be added for each cycle, you fill the reservoir then the dishwasher will indicate when the reservoir is empty and needs to be refilled.* 2. For everyday use, we recommend Auto Cycle, which is best for mixed loads of dishes with varying amounts of food soil. 3. Select special drying options like "Sanitize and Extra Dry". Sanitize operates at a higher temperature to help eliminate bacteria and enhance drying results. 4. When unloading clean dishes, pull out lower racks first to avoid dripping water from the upper rack. If these tips do not help improve drying, please contact our Customer Support team at 1-800-944-2904 for additional assistance. Thank you.

I couldn’t even get it to go into the sequence to add it to the app on day one. Customer service tried all of their tricks to no avail and suggested a service appointment. Everything resolved however after I ran a complete wash cycle . Still was a hassle. It does take some practice getting tall plates and glasses to fit even with the adjustable racks.

If it didn't have a light to let you know it was running you wouldn't know it was running till you hear water running down the drain occasionally. Stowing dishes has many options which take a while to get used to. We LOVE it!

Love the auto air that pops the door open to finish drying and love the third rack tray for my utensils - saves so much space. I can fit my entire cabinet of dishes in this thing. Also it’s wildly quiet!

We removed the top utensil rack. It took up space we wanted for taller glasses in the rack right below it. Glad we saved the larger caddy from old dishwasher!

Unfortunately, 4 wine glasses broken - had to purchase short stem glasses. If I adjust the middle rack down, the water arm then hits the dinner plates loaded on the lower rack. Do not find the upper utensil rack helpful. Never had these issues with our old GE dishwasher.

The older one lasted 17 + years and was only replaced due to showing signs of age on the plastic and rather than waiting until it absolutely needed replacement.

Chose Best Buy because of the free installation promo (& their price was in line with others). Two men delivered and installed it, they were friendly and efficient, completed in half an hour.
