broke in 7 months, Repair took 3 weeks to get a tech onsite and another 5 weeks to repair.

Will never make another purchase from Best Buy. Customer Service sucks, and people on the phone lie to you

Not happy with this dishwasher at all.. I can hear it running and also very loud draining I can hear from 2 rooms away.I replaced a kitchen Aid so quiet I had to opened it to see if it had started.

This is the worst dishwasher. Programming is not changeable no help in the store level. Dishes have to be dried by hand

Very pleased with the dishwasher, transaction on line made the purchase simple and quick. The installation was flawless and the unit was installed in no time. The dishwasher cleaned our dishes very well and would recommend it. I like the red beam on floor indicating the dishwasher in use.

This is a nice looking dishwasher and it cleans well. However it doesnt really live up to the Bosch name. Issues: 1) Silverware tray is a joke (tiny). Thankfully i thought to keep the one from dishwasher I was getting rid of. 2) No indidator on dishwasher aide level. (Is it empty? Full?) 3) Very slow response on buttons and bug issue if you have to reset. 4) Resetting or cancelling a start causes it to get confused and it will START RUNNING with rhe door OPEN! 5) Have to be clever to get it to use auto air and 60 speed cycle together - choose auto, auto air, then chnage to 60 speed. Cannot choose auto air if it wasnt already lit up before selecting 60 speed. 6) 60 minutes speed takes hours. 7) The layout of the prongs on bottom rack are pretty horrible for anything odd shapped. Makes efficient loading difficult. 8) Even with auto air sometimes things are wet. I will call service to deal with the starting while door is open issue, and thankfully it cleans well but I wont be very sad when it dies in the future so I can replace it. ;)

Cleans extremely well, relatively quiet machine. Lots of room and many options to load items. One star off because the auto air function does not pop the door open enough to help dry the dishes. It opens to slightly more than "ajar." Also, normal cycle is very long- 160 min. There is a one hour option, but nothing that I can find that is a happy medium. Overall, very satisfied!

Very quiet and plenty of space for the bigger dishes. We like to top rack for spatulas and similar items. The utensils rack is way too small, so we kept our old one which was twice the size. The auto door open feature makes a huge difference with drying. The app is ok, but has a glitch every now and then. Probably not worth 1400.00 but my spouse is happy it’s quiet and a definite upgrade from the builder selected appliances.

I've only had my Bosch 500 for a few weeks, and I am pleased with it so far. Only time will tell on how it holds up but as long as the dishes are clean, I am happy.

Not as quiet as I would have thought, but it is still quiet and a great dishwasher.

Fairly quiet unit and washes dishes well. Not a fan of the flatware basket and the rinse aid level is hard to determine.

I never would've thought that i'd love a dishwasher so much, but I do! I didnt' necessarily NEED a high-end dish washer, but after a friend recommended Bosch, I went with it. It's funny to me that I write this, but this has honestly been a highlight of my kitchen. I'm looking forward to ordering a refrigerator and microwave next!

The Bosch dishwasher replaced a Boschh dishwasher that we had for 19 years. This model is extremely quiet like our previous model. The top rack for the silverware is easy to use. Our previous model did not have this feature.

We have owned several Bosch Dishwashers and they are amazing. They have to be the quietest dishwasher made and they get the dishes so clean without scraping them. We have recommended them to several others looking for a dishwasher.

Very quiet during cycles and cleans dishes well. The silverware tray is very small, though, not ideal for large families.

Fun to load, does a great job. Thanks to Consumer Reports for a wonderful recommendation. I am glad I didn't go with the $600 more expensive one. I don't need to see the time left as my schedule is loose.

This is an excellent product. I do not hear it when it runs and it does a fantastic job at cleaning the dishes.

The reviews of this model are absurd. I replaced a very old basic Viking from 2011 - two shelves, very basic design. The 2011 Viking was better, hands down. Why? The Bosch adds many useless features to jack up the price. (1) Three shelves don’t actually fit more; (2) the shelves adjust so little in height that it makes no difference so that you will rarwly if ever change them; (3) the additional spines that fold up and down are also next to useless, especially on the middle shelf (it’s a set-and-forget feature; (4) you HAVE TO BUY a RINSE AID (no matter what the instructions say); (5) Auto Air dry feature doesn’t work any better than dishwashers without it (again, no matter what the critics say. It’s a lie); unless you want old food stuck to some of your dishes you still have to rinse them before putting them in the dishwasher; etc, etc, etc. In other words: save your money and buy a SIMPLE AND RELIABLE dishwasher with a stainless steel tub (so no leaks). The rest is marketing. I give this 2 stars not because it doesnt work but because it’s more than $500 overpriced, and given all the rave reviews from critics everywhere it’s impossible to discern the truth: that most dishwashers deliver the same results. Most are reasonably good, a few are bad. Just don’t buy a bad one.

Satisfied with it all around. As a plumber i enjoyed the install and instructions. The wife is enjoying it and is very happy with it. Does what it needs to do , cleans and drys dishes.
