The fist one we broke trying to fix it, i bought a new one for thw house and thwn anothwr for the farm. Both now get thw E15 error. This means the rebis water in the lower pan, below the wash bottom. I had one “repaired” unter total tech, it lasted a month. We have to lwt is sit for a week and dry out after the error.

Starting 2024, i was having trouble with settings that did not allow many changes and sometimes not starting. I paid $855. After all charges, $973. I have purchased other dishwashers in the past that were far lower in cost. Stay away is my advice.

Product is fine. Thermador service is awful

Thermador maintenance and customer service is terrible. So, you are paying a lot more money for a dishwasher that will break like any other product, but their service people will not help. So, why bother paying the extra money?

Delivered Broken Dishwasher
