Really well made, runs very quietly, very modern looking, really like it.

Great dishwasher, but avoid Best Buy installation. The Bosch 500 Series works flawlessly—quiet, powerful, and efficient. But Best Buy’s install was rushed and sloppy, and their customer service was non-existent. We had to pay a third-party to fix it. Buy the appliance, but hire your own installer.

It's so quiet. It really gets everything clean without me having to rinse everything off first. Even stuck on, dried on food is gone! I'm very impressed with this dishwasher. The only thing I don't like is that on the air dry, plastic doesn't come out dry.

It seems like, when I told people I was shopping for a new dishwasher when I was heading into the work on redoing my kitchen, just about everyone mentioned Bosch dishwashers and, especially, how quiet they are. That wasn’t the only reason I selected this Bosch 500 Series model but, now that I’ve been living with it for 2-1/2 months, I can certainly ratify their comments and recommendation. And the 500 Series was the sweet spot for me, cost- and feature-wise. AutoAir works fine.

The machine does a perfect job of cleaning and is incredibly quiet.

Good product cleans well even without the use of jet dry. Only qualm with the dishwasher is that it can only be optimized if you download and use the app. It seems without adjusting wash/dry settings on the app that only basic functions of the dishwasher can be used. The basic functions do not dry well but after downloading and adjusting the settings in the app drying is nearly perfect!

Doesn't clean well - frying pans in main compartment and cooking utensils in 3rd (top) compartment. Glassware remains spotty. Drain blocks requiring frequent cleaning of the filter. Not impressed with this brand name. There were always somethings to handwash!

Love the Bosch 500 Series 24" top control dishwasher. Does a great job and very quiet. The service from Best Buy was excellent.

Our new home came with a GE dishwasher that was constantly holding water at the bottom. The last time it happened there was no fixing it. We knew we wanted something quiet as the GE could wake the dead. This dishwasher is everything we never knew we needed. It has more space than our last dishwasher and dishes dry spotlessly. We use the recommended products and have no issues. We did decide to use liquid instead of the leftover cascade pods that we had since it didn’t dissolve all the way. Love the stainless steel interior and it is so quiet that I forget that its even running which is a NEED in an open floor plan. I would recommend (and have) to anyone who needs a new dishwasher. And it comes highly recommended by Consumer Reports.

Bosch makes quality's dishwashers didn't want to spend the extra money but i ordered a competitor and it arrived DOA

This is the best dishwasher I’ve ever had. Granted, the only dishwashers I’ve used have been from the 1980s. We can fit many more items that we fit before, meaning we’ve generally from running a dishwasher daily to every other day, cutting back on our energy and water usage. I love the silverware tray up top. I also love the feature where it pops open to air dry at the end. Our plastic containers dry so much faster this way. Also, being able to program a complex “favorite” routine is great! We’re not limited to singular options any more. I also love the indicator light and the app that tells you when the program will finish running. So far, it’s reliable, quiet, and efficient. Everything is clean and sanitized. It has a nice, sleek look. I can’t ask for more.

We didn't think we could afford a Bosch, but the free installation means this Bosch is only a tiny bit more, in total, than the other dishwasher brands that had lower sticker prices but didn't include installation (which was $268 more)--and those other dishwashers had much lower reviews. Bosch really is the best. Super powerful and quiet (almost silent), and love the stacking racks. Our old dishwasher broke down after 20+ years and flooded our kitchen. Hand-washing drove our water bill sky-high (dishwashers conserve so much more water than hand washing). But Best Buy made everything super easy with online purchase and installation scheduling. We put it on our Best Buy card with zero interest for 18 months. Can't beat it! We don't need the app for remote control, but it's there if you like that. Our installation guy was a top professional--I see other reviewers weren't fond of their installation service, so we got lucky there. LOVE this dishwasher! Soooo glad we went with Bosch.

We just got this a few weeks ago. It's working well and an understandably big improvement over our 16-year old dishwasher. We mostly use "automatic" and "rinse" and they work well. A very quiet machine. Having the "rinse" cycle available only through the app is a bit awkward. There are usually just two of us, so we often rinse at the end of the day and wash after two or three days. Still, I set up "rinse" as the "favorite" and now can get it going directly from the machine buttons. We avoid putting plastic in the machine, so don't have any problems getting the loads dried.

Immediately I had issues with nothing drying after the first few cycles. I’m talking everything is soaking wet. After doing some research, there is a setting within the app that enables a more intensive dry. Ever since enabling that I’ve had no problems.
