Got this dishwasher in April 2024 when our last one packed up. In general it is a good dishwasher. The "air dry" or Auto Air is okay, does not always work. I like the hidden controls and the adjustable racks.

Washes dishes well, however, the whole non- instruction booklet thing is a pain. Every load washed is sort of a mystery because we don't know how to use it! Please advise Bosch that there are old folks who depend on that instruction booklet because they are very limited in their computer skills.

We're very pleased with the Bosch dishwasher. It replaces a 13 year old unit so the technology and efficiency, both energy and water use, are so much better. And it's so quiet! Sometimes I have to check to see if it's on. The only thing I would change is being able to do a time delay directly on the unit rather than having to install the Home Connect app. Dishwasher was pricey but I anticipate that it will last a long time.

My new Bosch 500 dishwasher is a delight! Very solidly made, incredibly quiet, everything comes out sparkling clean even running it only on the 60 minute cycle! So glad I chose it.

We recently moved and needed to replace an abused GE that came with the house. Having purchased the previous version of the 500 series at our last home about 2 years ago and absolutly loving it, we decided to get another. There are some small changes to this version but overall it's a great machine. It's super easy to install, quiet, and efficient. The addition of wifi at the same price point as before is a nice touch. Some of the buttons/options have been removed from the touch panel on the dishwasher in favor of wifi controls so if you use a non-standard cycle you'll have to set it up via wifi first but after that it's just a simple power+start button press to get things going every time.

I've had this dishwasher for about 1 month and I could not be happier. It does a great job of cleaning and drying -- even plastics. I keep it on "normal" and "auto air" and so far everything has come out clean and dry. The technician who installed the dishwasher was fantastic, also.

Ultra quiet dishwasher, sometimes I am not sure it is actually running. Dishes come out clean and dry. I only have 3 knocks against it and 2 of them are opinions. The first real complaint is the lower drawer. It jumps off track very easily. My 2 opinions are that the utensil drawer for the lower drawer is small as I believe Bosch wants you to use the 3rd tray for utensils. The other opinion is having to use the app to do a delay wash. I would prefer to press buttons to set a delay wash, again this is just an opinion as the app works fine. Great dishwasher overall.

This is a good spacey dishwasher and super quiet. But the autodry feature (opening up to dry) stopped working after a couple weeks. also, there is no rinse function unless you set it by the app.

Beware if you use a delayed start, look at a different brand. We would have considered a different brand had we known what we do now that we own the thing. We knew it didn't have a delay start button, but were led to believe you could program the favorite button to do a delayed start. However this is not the case as of Feb 2025, you can program the favorite button for apparently everything except the delayed start. This leaves manually setting up the delayed start in the app the only option which is a nuisance when not everyone in the house has access to the app.

Loving it so far (ony had it 6 weeks) It cleans well. I love that the filter is easy to clean and MAN this thing is quiet. Love the automatic pop open function when it is finished. Let's the dishes continue to dry.

Really nice product. The top rack works great, keeps spoons from nesting to each other, has plenty of space for utensils. Also the outside rows can drop and give you 1/2 - 3/4 In. of extra depth. Bottom rack is great for plates, so-so for bowls, it's like the tines are just a fraction off from allowing proper fitment. Middle rack gobbles cups & glasses easily. Super quiet and it will send your phone a text when finished, but I wish there was an external indicator to show it was finished.

This model is definitely a step up in the sense that there are no physical buttons which can break or malfunction. Instead it has haptic touch controls! Perhaps a little quieter too - includes wireless and / or remote access for the connection to the dishwasher over WiFi.

Wife is happier as this is a much quieter than the previous dishwasher (not a Bosch). The 3rd rack is being used for silverware and small items like container lids and is a better usage of the space than the previous dishwasher.

Runs very quiet! Everything comes out clean and I enjoy using the app to customize my favorite settings and receiving notifications. They adjustable racks are a nice feature. I only wish the silverware basket was a tad wider. Very happy overall!

Great dishwasher, does all that is expected, including cleaning really well and drying if you let it dry for a while. Third rack is great. I bought Bosch because it is supposed to be the most reliable. I dislike reviews that are posted a week to 6 months on these type purchases, unless they break down. I’m hoping this lasts 20 years like our last one, so we don’t have to replace it soon. Our last one was 23 years old, so the rack efficiency is great. Can put a lot more in there. Our philosophy for long term purchases is don’t quiver over price, buy what is reliable and not just marked up because of name. This fits the bill. Granted, it would be better to give a review 10 years later.
