It was a good price for the quality of it. Especially since it was open box.

Easy to operate, very quiet and great performance.

This is the second Bosch dishwasher I have purchased and am very happy with it. The first was a 300 series and we couldn't take it with us when we moved. So at the next house I thought why not a 500 series? Very happy with the sleek design, buttons/control located on top, and no handle/bar accidental hitting or hang-up on the bar on your pants, wrist, etc. As expected the dishwasher is very quiet, and dries dishes very well. Have become dependent on that 3rd rack, like the RackMatic features and the flexspace tines. Our dinnerware is fiesta ware which is thick. So some dishwashers don't really accommodate dishes this thick, but this one does a good job.

It's been a month and we couldn't be happier. Bosch dishwasher is the bomb!

I prefer to have all my cooking utensils and silverware placed in an upright position. The small silverware holder doesn't provide adequate room for the items and there is plenty of space to have a longer basket. We plan on purchasing another basket. I don't care for the third upper tray; however, it is difficult to find new units that don't have this. It is relatively quiet. Find it limited in button options without having to use my phone to connect. The rack design is not adequate for my needs so it will take time to get used to the way I need to place items. The supports are too close to each other for half of the bottom tray.

Good quality dish washer. Would definitely recommend.

Very quiet. Nice unit. But. Small utensil bin. And the pocket handle felt loose like it had a button to open the door but it did not. Needs delay button and a dry button on this series.

NOTE: This is an early review, since I've only had my Bosch 500 Series for only a month. Normally, I'm a Whirlpool guy but haven't had any luck or, perhaps, isn't what it used to be; so I decided to go with a Bosch dishwasher. Although, I've only had it for a month, it cleans and definitely dries better than any high-end Whirlpool dishwasher. I would love to give it a 10 but will subtract two points for the layout of the tines and racks, which are not as user-friendly as other models. That said, I'm totally happy with my purchase and would highly recommended as a purchase.

Our old washer couldn’t get our dishes clean but this Bosch is amazing!

It works as intended. No problems loading. Holds long stem wine and martini glasses. Everything fits so far.

We remodeled our kitchen so we bought all new appliances, went to Pacific sales. Got a great sales person that recommended this dishwasher to us. Dishwasher is excellent, barely makes any noise, didn’t even know if it was on! It has a red light that beams on the ground to show its working. Added bounce it’s Wi-Fi which I did not know till it was installed. Dishes came out clean and steamy! No complaints! Excellent buy!

So, our venerable Bosch gave up the ghost. We use our dw EXTENSIVELY - think dog years. The last one was 10 yo, super, legendary cleaning. When it died, there was no question what brand I was buying. BestBuy installation was excellent. As for the new unit - well, Bosch did some tweaks, and it's going to cost them a star. The very top rack just does not have the clearance to hold much. Dear Bosch - if it's not broke, don't fix it. FWIW - I still can't hear it clean :)

Sales person did not explain drying cycle. Installer did not demonstrate enough. Still not certain how to really operate it. Seems to clean ok but we rinse dishes before loading into dish washer.

Awesome quiet dishwasher. Sometimes a bit quirky with the controls, however. Nice look and feel in the kitchen.

Good: Very quiet compared to other brands. Good but not great job cleaning. Not Good: Overly complicated WiFi features. Shipped with a cracked drain hose. 1st service call. Developed issue of starting then stopping after 1 minute. 2nd service call. Now, after 7 months of use, has same problem. Waiting on 3rd service call.

Fits way more than our old one, is so quiet you can barely hear it unless you're right next to it, and has been trouble free so far with nice clean dishes. Time will tell if it has the longevity!

This was our first Bosch purchase. We were told that they are the best so we swallowed the pill and made the purchase. After owning it for more than a month we have been very satisfied with its performance. It did take a bit of a learning curve but we are great now. The most interesting feature we discovered was the drying process. It does not have a heating element but it actually uses the heat from the dishes to help dry. The other cool feature was the Auto Air function. When the cycle is complete the door will automatically open about 6 inches and allow outside air to cool everything down. Overall, its been worth the money.

Love the dishwasher. And the installation was great and installer explained everything perfectly. Couldn’t be happier dealing with Best Buy. Thank you.
