Does a great job cleaning. Fairly easy to set up. I am having an issue with setting up Smart application. Isn't connecting to wireless, but that's certainly not why I bought the machine and not really sure I would use the function if it did work. Still, it should be easy to set up and I am having difficulty. Probably didn't need the lower dB, but this model was available immediately. As simple as it is, the fact that it pops open at the end in order to dry quicker is a helpful function. Also, the fact that I can put Tupperware on the bottom rung without fear of it damaging is useful as it doesn't always fit on top. The top third rack is useful. Overall, happy with my purchase.

I had the KitchenAid that gave out at 4.5 years and since I always purchase the 5 year warranty I could’ve replaced it but the tech and husband recommended the Bosch but the after first use I’m disappointed. The racking system is meant for doing pots in the bottom so upper shelves are jacked up with less space and no adjustment available. See photos- When shopping online I did notice the silver basket was very small so I kept the very large kitchen Aid one which fits thank goodness. The second drawer can’t be moved down and even pulling out the top drawer has a very tight fit for over sized glasses and the other side not at all. If you do pots then likely the bottom rack is perfect for you. My biggest suggestion to Bosch is to have adjustable racking for the second drawer. It did take quite a few try’s to connect the WiFi which gives you the other options. I really can’t figure out the app so I think it’s really a waste for the consumer and a boon for Bosch for data collection. I’m puzzled on the bottom light because it did show red while operating but when I looked in the morning it was not showing green for completed so no idea if it completed but the dishes appeared to be clean, rinsed and pretty dry. On my KitchenAid the completed light stayed on until opened. The app is really disappointing to as it doesn’t show yo what cycle it’s on only how many minutes are left, so weird. We’ll see if it lasts 5 years. Overall I’d choose the KitchenAid again

We bought this dishwasher after our original one broke and it’s a great appliance. Everyone on Reddit, Best Buy, Home Depot, and Lowe’s all loved this dishwasher and we do too. It has adjustable dish racks so you can raise the top one higher or lower it back down based on what you’re washing. It has an app to allow further customization of your wash cycles as well as schedules, status of rinse aid, etc. but it’s not required to use the machine. It’s quiet, effective, and runs circles around our old dishwasher. So far so good! Highly recommend.

First time Bosch buyer, and certainly glad we spent the extra money. Beautiful, well-built unit that does an excellent job of cleaning our kitchen ware. On top of this fact, it is so great to know that you hardly know this unit is even running as it is so quiet. Well done Bosch, we are now a life-long customer!

Super quiet, cleans well these first few cycles. So far it’s a big upgrade to our older whirlpool model. I like the toe plate red light to let you know it’s running, without that you could easily not hear parts of the cycle and open it.

I always do alot of research before buying appliances and this Bosch was worth every penny. It always cleans extremely well and havent noticed any issues drying like I read in some places. Its extremely quite although I can hear when it's on if there are no other ambient noises. Very happy with my purchase through Best Buy

This is a great dishwasher. We put massively dirty dishes in and they come out spotlessly clean and dry. Plus, it's super quiet, and easy to adjust rack levels, love it.

Have only had it for a couple weeks but the biggest complaint right now is the absolutely useless silverware basket. It's tiny, there is no specific spot that it goes so it just flops around, the openings are so awkwardly sized that nothing actually fits. We're a family of 5 and can only fit half our silverware on any given day. For the cost of this dishwasher I would expect something better, average at least.

Great quality dishwasher. It was definitely an adjustment figuring out the best way to load compared to our old dishwasher, but now that we have the hang of it, it's great. The filter is VERY easy to remove and clean. Probably the best I've ever seen. I love the "Auto Air" feature where the door opens automatically once the cycle is done. I can run the dishwasher at night and when I wake up in the morning everything is dry. 10/10. Makes me very happy. It is very nice there is no exposed heating element so we can put plastic tuber ware on the bottom rack and we don't have to worry about it melting. The 3rd row is a game changer. It is perfect for little bowls, spatulas, tongs, and extra wide silverware that doesn't fit in the utensil compartment.

Dishwasher is fine, but they didn't show for 1st delivery, the second time they brought the wrong item, and 3rd they delivered and while installing drilled a hole through my kitchen island and only reimbursed me for half the damage cost. Don't order Appliances for delivery from best buy to be installed!

Purchased this dishwasher recently and have used it enough to now offer some comments. The dishes and silverware come out very clean, and layout for loading is quite convient. It is also very quiet. The only complaint I have is that fingerprints show on the stainless steel surfaces.

Great dishwasher for plates and silverware. Not great if you use bowls, cups, cooking utensils, serving pieces, and wine glasses. After a month, I have not yet found a logical place for cereal bowls, serving bowls/dishes or any round or deep item, unless I dedicate a load to running just a few items laying across the entire rack space. The middle (cup/bowl) rack makes no sense at all. The tines are too slanted to stabilize any glasses and the wine glass racks do not align with the racks/tines; the wine glass holders do nothing but take up space. (To be fair, the same was true about the wine glass holders for my old Whirlpool, so I just removed them.) I can load about 3 cereal bowls if I want to save a couple of rows for cups, unless I am willing to stack them on top of each other and risk broken dishes. The rack is too shallow and the tine configuration cannot hold up any bowls in a vertical or slanted position; the bowls just kind of lay there take up most of the rack. The lower rack tines closest to the door are good if you use the adjustable tines, but only for plates. Otherwise, they can only hold a single bowl laying on top of the tines. Serving bowls/dishes have no where to go except laying flat face down over the tines, each taking up 1/4 to 1/3 o the lower rack. Trying to stand them up requires leaning the bowls back on tines in a 6 inch opening between the rows of tines; this positions the bowls at an angle which results in collecting dirty water. The tines are too short, too slanted and too poorly positioned to serve any useful purpose for anything other than plates and shallow pasta bowls. Plates are where this thing excels. We have relatively flat plates which fit very nicely in the lower rear rack and in the lower front rack using the adjustable tines. Very shallow pasta bowls do pretty well, too. You can fit a lot and these things always come out spotless. The upper rack for silverware gets the job done, though it takes more attention to load than a basket. If you are thoughtful about positioning items, you can load a lot of silverware and it gets cleaner than in the basket. However, my family has not yet noticed (and ignored my instructions) that the front area of the upper rack has wider spacing; they frequently put spoons there which flop over facing upwards and collect dirty water during the cycle. The bottom rack utensil basket is too shallow to hold anything that does not fit in the top rack; items just fall over into the bottom. I have only used it once or twice; it mostly just sits there empty and takes up space. However, the space is pretty useless anyway since it is just a big wide channel on the side of the rack. It smells pretty bad by the end of the day after loading dishes all day to run over night. This did not happen with our 2 previous Whirlpools. However, the filter is pretty easy to clean, though that does little to address the smell. The auto open feature is nice. Everything is dry and cool to the touch after a short drying period (except, of course, coffee mugs and things with deep rims that trap small pools of water, which is to be expected with any dishwasher). If you're into dishwasher apps on your phone, this one seems to be okay. No games or cool graphics or sounds, but lots of VERY interesting information about your dishwasher. I don't know how I ever functioned without knowing the average monthly power and water consumption for my appliance! I personally can't see the benefit of moving essential functions like delay start off the machine's control panel to a separate device, but I guess that's "progress." It is very quiet, it does clean whatever you are able to get into it, and it looks nice.

I love this dishwasher! It truly is so quiet you would not even know it was running if not for the light on the bottom corner. The dishes come out sparkling clean and no spots!
