I know you don’t do anything with these reviews but let me just say this, I run a business and have for 20+ years, you better figure out how to give this kid a raise or move him up or you will lose a truly valuable worker!

We bought the floor model open box because it’s hard to get a Bosch these days. We inspected it carefully and it was in good shape on the floor. It was delivered with a huge dent. I wish the delivery team took more care with their work. We kept it because we needed a dishwasher and we love Bosch machines but we won’t use this Best Buy again. It does a great job washing dishes and is very quiet.

This feedback is important to us and will be shared with the appropriate groups for further consideration. Your dishwasher is designed to dry using the PureDry® condensation drying process. This is an energy-efficient, closed drying system that does not pull in outside air or use an exposed heating element. It works by heating the dishes with hot water during the final rinse. The cool stainless steel pulls moisture from the dishes. The inside of the unit will be wet at the end of the cycle, but the dishes should be dry. It's important to note that plastics don’t retain heat as well as other dishware materials and don’t dry as well. To maximize drying performance, we recommend selecting the AutoAir® option. This will automatically open the door at the end of the cycle to let moisture escape and fresh air in for drier dishes.
