Washer is great. Service is not. The washer has had a leak twice. Totally unreliable. Garbage service because parts take a long time to ship. The first time the error went away so we kept on using it. The control board ended up being flooded. We got it repaired through my home warranty because geeksquad and bosch had like a month to two month wait. The tech had to diagnose before he could order the parts. Total wait time was two weeks before repair complete. The second time the leak happened we shut off power to the dishwasher and called geek squad. One week wait. Okay that's great. Rescheduled the day before because the parts were not shipped. Rescheduled another one week out and the parts were broken. Rescheduled another week out and the parts have not arrived. Its now three weeks out and there's no ETA on when the dishwasher will be fixed. All because of parts. A pump and a float, that can break in shipping. DO NOT BUY.

The sales person who assisted me was great. The delivery and installation was professional. The Bosch dishwasher has been wonderful.

This dishwasher is amazingly quiet and cleans dishes really well. My last dishwasher was over 20 years old, so I was definitely surprised how quiet a new dishwasher can be, and after years of pre-rinsing dishes before loading and running the dishwasher, I am still surprised how clean the dishes can get without any rinsing (just scraping off food debris). It was more than I was hoping to spend on a dishwasher, but it seems so far, that you get your money's worth.

Our last Bosch was 13 years old and suffered a crack in the front plastic. Unfortunately it cracked the metal underneath as well. Parts would have been$250 plus delivery so we decided to replace. We thought the old unit was quiet but on the 500 we actually have to listen for it. The third shelf is debatable in terms of use and purpose but overall this is one super quiet dishwasher that delivers on the clean.

This machine is very quite. Installer were professional on installation part. I barely hear noise. Great quality trusted brand.

Very quiet and excellent dishwasher. Lots of great features. Our original plan was to get the 300 series but it would not be available for a while so we upgraded to the 500 and it is a wonderful unit. The 300 may well have been a great washer too, but we went with the unit that was in stock and have no regrets about how good it is. The automatic "pop-open" air dry feature is cool, the third rack is very useful and we would recommend it highly to others.

so disappointed in the quality of clean i get in this thing. it cleans well enough, but definitely not enough for all the amazing reviews i read about it, and the price attached makes it even more disappointing. my old kitchenaid (that this replaced) did better. almost every dish comes out clean. it's just 1 or 2 dishes every load that strangely still have food stuck to it. and by food, i mean green cucumber juice that was left from cutting a cucumber on the plate. THAT happened twice. it's just the strangest thing! it also needs to have the rinse agent refilled more often than my old dishwasher. which makes me worry about how much rinse agent is going on my dishes? the autoair dry function has worked for us, as long as we let it sit untouched for about an hour, all the dishes (except the usual plastic containers or mugs with the rims that hold in water) are dry. it is definitely quieter than my old dishwasher, but not as quiet as i was expecting, given reviews saying they couldn't even tell it was on. i guess you should never trust rave reviews, or your expectations get too high and you'll be disappointed.

We placed an order for this dishwasher from another vendor nearly 9 months ago. In disgust, i went on line and saw you had this white one in stock. We zoomed right down and the process was seamless from the order to the installation. Our old dishwasher was more than 20 years old, so this new one is a dream. It has was more space as well as the third rack—very nice!
