The Bosch dishwasher is recommended by Consumer Reports. The cord was missing, so we went back and the manager gave us a new one. So far the dishwasher is working perfectly. Our son-in-law put it in for us. We are happy with our purchase!

The issue was that Best Buy service was really terrible. They did not want to do the work in taking the old dishwasher out and put the new one in. I had to pay a contractor to do it. And he did it flawlessly without having to break floor or counter.

I followed the instructions and put in the jet dry however the dishwasher is always wet. It never dries out unless I leave the door wide open for a day. Very disappointed.

The guy that installed this dishwasher ensured the connection to the water line was proper. The problem he had was removing the old dishwasher that had been installed not properly. It took him over an hour to get the old unit out. The biggest problem he had with removing the old unit required all water had to be shut off.

Super quiet. Love the buttons on the top, rather than the front. Love the 3rd rack. Only complaint is at times, dishes are still wet after the cycle, but they're clean. We purchased without installation, and I installed it myself. Pretty simple. Only took about 30 minutes.

We were used to putting cereal bowls on the top, but there isn't enough room. The top utensil rack is nice, but comes at a cost. Dishwasher takes some time to learn the controls and what the best options are. It cleans and works really well.
