Good machine, delivery was good although very crappy communication about when the delivery was scheduled, we were told in the store it would be morning. Called a few days before the delivery and were told we’d be one of the first deliveries. Called on the delivery day and were told they would deliver in early afternoon. Delivery team showed up at 12:55.

The good: I like the 3rd rack for little things and it is easy to pack. The bad: There is already rust on the door and well...it's a $1000 dishwasher that has sucked from day 1. The ugly: This dishwasher has been a pain since we bought it. Bosch has been out 4 times in a year and I was just told buy best buy that the 4 repair trips "don't count" towards the replacement of the unit. So I guess I have to be inconvenienced 4 or 5 more times before its considered. The light will flash and the cycle will not finish. 3 calls We had problems with the soap dispenser. 1 call We were told it was installed improperly (Best Buy installed it). We were told it was not leveled properly. It has come out from the hinges of the cabinet. ALL IN A YEAR! Best buy doesn't talk to Bosch and Bosch doesn't talk to Best Buy.

This is a great dishwasher. You hardly hear it is running.

This is the quietest dishwasher I've ever had. Love it!

Works beautifully and cleans every spec of each item I load into it. The rack adjustment options are great and make it very versatile. The cycles are pretty long but that's fine and everything is dry when I use the automated "pop the door open at the end of the cycle" option.

I have found that Best Buy has in stock the electronic items I am looking for. This was true, once again, with the Bosch dish I was looking for. I also found, once again, that Best Buy had no one to install the dish washer. Technical support is always a problem with Best Buy.

The dishwasher is great! But I had to hire a plumber and an electrician to install it. None of the technicians you sent could install it because I needed to relocate the electrical outlet and I had to get a drain extension kit.

Very quiet, great placement of the shelves, great buy...

Sound is good. Issue is that from sheet that covers inside of the door has one rust spot from being scratched. Also, cap from drain popped off twice. Other than that, a dood experience for year one.

So quiet we have to look for the red light to See if it is on. Love that the door pops open to finish the drying process. Only thing negative, and it applies to so many dishwashers, plastic glasses or containers don’t quite get dry.

Great dishwasher still trying to figure out why there is so much moisture inside even if you use sanitation. I’m sure it’s our green technology. They use less energy but last 1/10 th of what the older ones did. Still a nice dishwasher.

This is THE best dishwasher I have ever had or used! I did a lot of research before purchasing. It is worth ever cent spent. The dishes come out absolutely gorgeous, no matter how long they sit in the dishwasher. I also never rinse, just scrape them.

Awsome experience found this online in the middle of an appliance shortage. Talked to a guy in florida and had it delivered to indiana in like 6 days . When i went to pick it up in Indiana it was ready ay the front door and i was out in 5 minutes these guys are great

Overall it’s a very good dishwasher, the only reason why it did not get 5 star is because it does not come with just a dry cycle. My old $400 dishwasher had that option, which was very useful in case if there are plates that are not fully dry.

We had been without a dishwasher for 5 months and were lucky to find this one (especially in white) as Bosch dishwashers are backordered at least several months. A little challenging to get installed, but working well now.

We have had this dishwasher for less than one month. The AutoAir feature is supposed to open the door when the cycle has completed. It does not work. We have already scheduled a service appt. with Bosch. Very disappointed, especially because we thought we were buying a top quality dishwasher.

Bought on the website. Selection, payment and delivery/installation arrangements were very smooth and efficient. Dishwasher requires a learning curve and several YouTube tutorials to understand how to use properly. Not intuitive but good when you get the hang of it.

This model is more expensive that what I typically pay for a dishwasher, but I was in a pinch, and had to buy one for a rental property. If you are looking for a great, higher-end dishwasher, this is a good option. But I am sure there are other comparable models.

This is simple elegance, in action. We had some difficulty actually getting this product ( thanks, Covid), but once we did- nice! So far, we are very happy. It’s been almost a month since our dishwasher was delivered and installed.

So, I like the look of this dishwasher. I know it heats and cleans well, but I am beyond irritated that I cannot fit a YETI cup on the top shelf! And I cannot fit a large plate at the bottom. I have rearranged and moved around the height of the racks, but I still can't find a good way to put the cups, plates and bowls so that everything fits good. It's so frustrating. I still don't understand why they have prongs in certain places. Regardless, the buttons are also finicky, or maybe it is just my machine. Everytime I want to do something besides a "regular" cycle, it resets and won't let me switch.
