The senior dishwasher loves the third rack and uses it for just about all silverware and utensils. No issues with cleaning. Auto open at end is great. Best Buy delivered and installed unit. The installation team did a fine job. No issues

It broke in less than 3 months! Geek squad came to look at it and kitchen aid as well and they said the machine needs to be replaced due to motor and pump being broken and the drain pump! I need a new machine and they won’t give me one it’s been 3 weeks that I’ve been trying to get them to fix it and it’s unfixable. Customer service for some reason can’t find my purchase history and I keep giving them my receipt information and they tell me they can’t help me?! I’m so frustrated and I have no idea what to do other than post on here so someone can see it and help me!!!
