I said that is great, how come we get it so soon? The response was that it was available at the warehouse and that was the driving reason the schedule was set. Two days shy of the install, I get a call and the install is rescheduled for May 4th due to unit not being available. You people have no idea what the heck you are doing.

We tried to schedule a repair with Bosch... we have been rescheduled for time over 6 weeks and still waiting for a repair person. Apparently, there is only 1 person that works in the greater Seattle area. The is the most expensive dishwasher I have ever bought and wish I had not!

Inconsistent Cleaning

One cycle, dishes are sparkling, the next all stains and dirt are visible. It is frustrating to have to re-wash items that have already gone through a cleaning cycle. I would return it if I could.

The dishs aren't dry, the soap dispenser didn't open and the dish bottom tray always comes off track. I would like to exchange it for a Kitchen Aid dishwasher.

I did not get it till March and when the installer (installation services bought thru Best buy) bought the dishwasher they said that they need extra opening vertically to install it. that was mentioned no where on the website. the installers had to take the dishwasher back.

Easy to install (standard installation like others), nice finish, easy to understand controls. Extremely quiet. You don't even know it's on.

Best Buy, we don't sock those parts, go to Home Depot. Talk to rep at Best Buy, he will call installer, now say they need to move outlet as well. Talk to different rep. (good one) he and buddy picked up dishwasher and refunded my money. Went to Lowes, they came out checked, no problem bought dishwasher from them.
