So disappointed. We waited a LONG time for this machine. We're returning this dishwasher because it is defective. Terrible drying cycle; the entire inside is soaking wet AFTER a complete run. Decided to upgrade to a KitchenAid unit.

Only worked for 2.5 years and it starts leaking. Hired a technician to check for the leak. Be aware, spent more than $800 for a dishwasher but it is not as good quality as our old $400 whirlpool. And we need to pay to fix it as it is out of warrantee.

Not drying Not draining Waited to buy a bosch because they’re suppose to be great. Supply and demand wait. Wanted the 800 series. This 500 series does none of the things that are benefits. Like door opening to dry out.

Love my Bosch - unfortunately had to buy from a different store because BB is incompetent and dishonest. Looking for something they sell? Search there and buy from somewhere else and save yourself money and aggravation in the process.

Does an excellent job of cleaning dishes and is extremely quiet. Excellent unit for the price. Our previous Bosch dishwasher was equally as good, however, we lost it due to a lightning strike. There was no other brand to be considered as a replacement.

Overall I am happy with this Bosch. I do think there is something to what others have said about the newer Bosch's not being up to the same quality as the older ones. But it cleans well and dries well. it is noisier than my older one but that doesn't bother me. I like the 3rd rack but that does impact what things will fit on the 2nd rack. It is smaller than some dishwashers so a lot of pots and pans will not fit with dishes too but it does hold a good amount of dishes for a family of 5. Overall I am happy with my purchase as Bosch has a reputation for lasting a long time. So I do feel good about purchasing quality. But it may not be any better than the Kitchen Aid one.

We ordered this dishwasher, it is great but installed wrong! Waiting a month and still not installed properly. Order from someone else other than Best Buy!

Love our new Bosch dishwasher. It's so quiet that I have to lean close to hear it. (The red light on the floor also helps.) We bought the white version which fits beautifully in our updated kitchen. So far, it has cleaned the dishes to my wife's satisfaction. I would highly recommend it!

After a couple of month's use, here's where I'm at with it. Pros - Quiet. This was a factor in my purchase. - Red LED light projected onto floor. If it weren't for the red LED spot on the floor, I often would not know it's running. - Seems to clean OK in the lower and middle racks. - The feature to pop-open the door after the cycle is complete is nice. It was a selling feature since I've heard that Bosch dishwashers do not dry very well. - Adjustable dish and glass support tines and features. So far I fold most of these out of the way, but I know they are there if needed. - Center rack height can be adjusted to three different heights. - Top silverware rack has adjustable tines and outer sections, and can be removed to fit taller items in the middle rack. - The soap dispenser fits the Kirkland-brand detergent packets. - Easy to DIY install. The instructions are good. Cons - Does not dry as well as my prior 17 year old washer. I think the feature that pops the door open helps. I was under the impression that these dishwashers use heat for drying, but there is no visible heating element in the bottom. Conversely, the fact that there is no heating element in the bottom probably means that plastics can be washed on the bottom rack. The only issue I've had with plastic in the bottom rack is that the jets are so strong that the plastic storage container flipped over. - Spacing of the dish support tines is awkward. The plate tines are so close together that only plates and thin items can be used there. Thin baking pans (1" deep sheet pans) do not fit. The tines in the space for larger items are not aligned on the left and right sides, even when the optional tines are folded down, meaning that you cannot fit quarter-sheet pans across some sections. At best I can get three to fit, spaced farther apart than necessary, yet not far enough to fit something else between. - This model does not have the two-piece utensil basket. I think Bosch should include the two-piece utensil basket with all models (why inventory an extra item?), but especially with all models that have the flatware rack. I only ever need part of the utensil basket and the two-piece basket would allow me to reclaim some bottom-rack space for dishes. Would I recommend this? Yes. However I suggest considering models with better drying, better tine arrangements, time-remaining display projected onto the floor, and the two-piece utensil basket.

Product arrived dented and damaged. Returned for replacement. Expected better quality control from Bosch and Best Buy.

Terrible never worked well. Now won't start barely 1.5 yrs old

Have owned this for less than 10 months. Just scheduled my fifth service call.

Loving my new Bosch 500 series dishwasher. Does great job cleaning everything, lots of options for arranging dirty dishes, top THIRD rack is very useful. Air dry option is great, plastics actually drying.

Second dishwasher i ordered from best buy. first one had a big dent on top, second one had a bad dent on the door. Bye bye Best buy, .

Having trouble with the dishwasher turning on when get it on its run great.. I not happy with this dishwasher, and the red blinking light

IMHO Bosch makes the best dishwashers on the planet. Also top rated by CR which prompted my purchase. Yes they cost more but as the adage goes, "you get what you pay for". I've had this unit for 3 years and it's does a great job. Washing, rinsing and drying. Dishes, pots, pans, glassware, flatware, you name it. I opted to spend extra for the model with stainless tub rather than plastic. Also got the air dry option which releases the door to allow air to circulate to promote drying. Works perfectly. And it's reliable. Highly recommend.

Pa I d so much and it leaves my dishes dirty still. Do not recommend.
