This dishwasher stopped working 13 months after we bought it!

We are returning this it’s put in wrong and has flaws on finish

Very quiet and cleans well. Looks nice and modern. Third racks is great.

Came in damage and could not replace it with anything else.

Installed and did not work. Waiting on best but to replace

We purchased this model to take advantage of the Auto Air feature which opens the door after the dry cycle to allow further drying especially of the plastics. This is a great feature especially if you run it overnight or while you are out for the day so the plastics have time to dry on their own. Although the price increase for this feature was about $100, for me I thought it was well worthwhile over a 10 year life of the dishwasher. The most important thing to know about Auto Air is it works by releasing the latch and the door wants to spring open about 6". This means that you can't close your dishwasher door without latching it or it will pop open about 6". This is made worse by all the colorful and non-removable marketing / instruction labels now visible on the top of the door. I think the feature is probably worth it but this is a pretty significant trade off. The silverware basket was not designed for this model and doesn't fit right. It is really hard to understand given the number of dishwashers Bosch sells. It fits fine on the side but has high channels through the bottom to allow it to be put over rows of tines but there are no tines there. If you move it to the front edge and fit it over the tines then the basket can not latch onto the side as the protruding corner of the rolling rack won't allow it to fit. Coming from a 10 year old Bosch that was still working fine I was very surprised by how much better this model cleans. It seems that dishwashers do lose their cleaning capacity as they get older for some reason. Every dish is sparkling clean on the auto setting every time.

This dishwasher has performed flawlessly, and the autoair dry function is superb. I would recommend this brand to others.

Purchased this Bosch 500 Series Dishwasher in white for our rental property after purchasing the same model in stainless steel for our own home. So far we’re happy with both as the dishwashers are quiet and do a good job washing and drying with the Auto Air option opening the door slightly at end of the wash to assist with drying. The “Speed Wash” option with Auto Air takes over 2 hours but that seems typical for most dishwashers these days and because it’s quiet that isn’t an issue. We leave the dishes in longer to dry thoroughly. Can’t speak for longevity as we have only had our machine for a couple of months but Bosch is usually a reliable brand. We used the BestBuy installation and haul away service but had the old water shut-off valve replaced and the old dishwasher disconnected prior to delivery/installation so everything went smoothly.

I barely scrap the dishes, stick them into dishwasher and they come out clean as can be. No need for 'fancy expensive' soap pods, The bargain pods work fine. Love the 3rd top rack for silverer ware.

So far no problems. Took a while to figure out the controls. We only wash every four days so we rinse in a dishpan in the sink. Don't want food waste sticking to the plates and flatware.

30 days and counting..so far it works great! Still getting used to the 3rd rack for silverwear but it does free up space in the lower rack.

I absolutely love this dishwasher! It's incredibly quiet, so much so, that if you want to actually hear it running, you need to put your ear right up to it. The third rack has come in really handy and it's very easy to load up the dishes and it holds a lot. There is nothing I don't like about it.

Second Bosh. First one lasted 23 years. Great dishwasher. Super quit.

It smelled like burnt rubber after the cycle finished for several weeks. There are two baskets for flatware when one would be far more convenient. Nice layout, lots of space. It replaced a Bosch which was still running after twenty years. The on/off switch broke and there was no replacement available

Did not realize you have to use liquid drying agent and it doesn't have a heater coil, so your dishes air dry. The settings are a bit difficult to operate as well. Good German engineering with complicated settings.

Love this dishwasher! Cleans dishes great and drys them well, in a reasonable amount of time! We like the 3rd rack to put extra silverware or small measuring cups or spoons.

I had high expectations for my Bosch dishwasher, given its premium price, but unfortunately, it has been a huge disappointment. Within a few months of purchase, I started experiencing mechanical failures—first with the drying function, then with the pump leaking. Later, the control panel became unresponsive. For an appliance at this price point, I expected durability and reliability, but instead, I've had nothing but frustration. I would not recommend buying this.

So far so good. Dishwasher is quiet and efficient. Had it for a almost a month and no complaints. We use it daily.

We have used previously Samsung, LG dishwasher. This one is the 3rd one and pretty quite. I am not satisfied with the built quality at this price range. Upper rack is very flimsy. All the features are pretty standard compared to other brands dishwashers in the market. I am happy with the bestbuy customer service which leads to me buy rest of the appliances from bestbuy.
