I bought this dishwasher Sept. 2018 after reading reviews. It recieved high reviews so i sucked it up and spent the high price tag. Fast forward 2 years later and it has already went out. I called a service guy and he straight up told me it was going to cost more to fix it then just buying a new one. Watched videos on it to try and fix it myself, the door latch being the biggest flaw and most common problem, and nothing worked. I am assuming it is the control board at this piont. I am very frustrated as there warranty is next to nothing. At a price tag of just over $1000 with tax you would think you would guarantee your appliance for more then 1 year. Wont buy another! Hate the throw away society we live in. Build them as fast as you can get them on a truck. If you do choose to buy this definitely buy the 3 or 5 year extended warranty best buy offers you will need it!

This was a very quiet dishwasher, but cleaned the same as any other product. My only real complaints when it worked were: expensive and did not dry well (I have to leave the door open). After 5 years if the tub leak/failed. A call to Bosch service asked me to spend $160 on a service call to confirm it was dead, without any expectation that they would stand behind their product. Very disappointing. I have never had a more expensive dishwasher, and never had one that lasted less than 10 years. In summary, this unit has a bad tub design and was an expensive mistake. Not recommended.

AutoAir stops working after a few months. Door seems to get stuck, lots of other reviews seem to have the same problem. Such a shame for an expensive dishwasher to not work correctly.

I bought this because I wanted a good brand and a quiet machine. But I now have to clean the dishes and the dishwasher entirely before every cycle and the dishes still come out dirty. It's ridiculous! I run the sanitize cycle with every dishwasher cleaner ever invented to no avail. I scrub the gunk out of the arms, filter, everything to no avail. There is crusty bits on mugs I hand washed before I put them in. Rearranging doesn't work either. And as for my kids plastic cups, forget it - they come out with bits of debris on them and wet. Useless product. Waste of money!

Bosch dishwashers are great! Right until they break and are seemingly unfixable. We've had 3 service calls on ours , which is leaking, with no end in sight. Apparently, the leak is very hard to diagnose, so, we are sending our 18 month- old dishwasher to the trash.

Recieved with broken parts. Still waiting to get resolved. Also it doesn't clean as well as my old Bosch that cleaned my copper bottom pots like new. Also this machine doesn't dry well. It is quiet!

I absolutely HATE this dishwasher. My dishes always come out looking like they have a soap film on them. I have never replaced an appliance before the end of its life, but I am always worried about my dishes not being sanitary.

Bosch dishwashers are TERRIBLE - I own one and it ROUTINELY MALFUNCTIONS - doesn't clean anything at all when on extra scrub cycle, doesn't start when supposed to, sometimes completely spazs out

Do not buy open box excellent - parts are missing and store or customer service does not want to do anything with it except suggesting to take it back.
