Bosch-500 Series 26 cu. ft. Refrigerator

We bought this Bosch refrigerator and have had nothing but issues with the ice maker. It hasn't worked properly since we got it in May 2022. The sales person told us this refrigerator had an excellent ice maker and that was why we purchased it. Geek Squad has been out 4 times already because the ice maker wasn't working like it should. Ended up having to replace the entire ice maker and fan. The gentleman from the Geek Squad said he has had to replace the same one at other residences for the same problem. It is December 2022 and he had to come back out again because we were getting the same error on the icemaker again. He determined the fan needs replaced again! This is on a brand new refrigerator that costs $3,000! This is all in a matter of 6 months. At this point I want a replacement!

And the alarm doesn't sound if the right door doesn't completely close. * door shelves have very short front edges, items fall out too easily * center of fridge is very dark
