In under 2 years refrigerator and freezer both stopped working. Lost all food. Seems to be compressor issue. Appliances of this brand and cost should not fail in under 2 years.

We have been having problems since we purchased on 06/2023. The Best Buys Technicians have come four times and Bosch Technician twice and we are still encountering the same issue. We keep getting the same error message (code E2)and they keep replacing the part. We are afraid when we travel the refrigerator will not function. Our manufacturer warranty is going to expire and afraid we will be stuck with a lemon…
