Seems to be the quality of all Bosch products that I have purchased. I have never had a microwave convection combo so there are things I need to learn, for instance the convection oven took twice as long to bake a meatloaf as my small Breville, but I didn’t read any directions, so maybe my fault. It’s pretty quiet. My old one made more noise than I realized.

Has the professional fit and finish. No cheapo molded plastic stuff, etc. You'll pay for it,. but if you use this appliance and have to look at it every day in your kitchen, it makes sense to get the high quality.

Have not had this one 3 months yet so this review is on the first one. Not sure on Bosch manufacturing our refrigerator was swopped out 3 times due to factory problems not QC's correctly.

Put something in to cook one day and it started smoking and it smelled terrible. Service from Bosch came out. It’s not repairable. So disappointing. I hope my other 14 month old Bosch appliances don’t act the same way.

It's easy to use and it cooks everything evenly. The "finished" alert is a gentle chirp, not a repetitive beep like most microwaves. I would buy it again and would recommend to others!
