This dishwasher is amazing, and I would definitely recommend to those that need a slim dishwasher. It's the best dishwasher I've ever owned. This was purchased as a dishwasher for my wetbar in my basement and it's better in every way compared with the builder grade dishware in my kitchen. It's extremely quiet to the point of being barely audible. Each rack has a lot of options to configure for different types of loads; having the 3rd rack is great and can hold a lot of stuff. It does a great job cleaning and drying the dishes as well. The controls and functions are very easy to use. It just has a solid, well made feel to it all around. BUT! The process from order to installation was terrible, and a rare miss from Best Buy. I ordered this unit on November 26th, 2022 and it was finally installed on June 2, 2023 - at the time of ordering it was listed as being for sale (not backordered) with a delivery date about 4 weeks out. Seven (7) times I had delivery/install dates scheduled, then BB would cancel at the last minute. I had several BB associates on the phone assure me the *next* delivery date it would surely be delivered, only it wasn't. Often they didn't seem to have any idea when I might get the dishwasher. Communication and follow through from BB on this was very poor; BB seemed to have no awareness of when Bosch might supply more units.

Good modern dishwasher, pretty quiet and efficient. Top drawer for silverware works better than the standard basket. Replaced a lower-quality compact dishwasher from frigidaire, like this one a lot better. Not many compacts on the market to choose from, most are the same thing, repackaged - so happy European manufacturers are stepping in with some new product lines.

As many of you know, finding an 18" dishwasher is difficult. I looked at Consumer Reports and liked the reliability of the Bosch models. I looked at one in the store and liked the layout. After the new dishwasher was installed, I ran it and was very impressed. This is very quiet and the dishes/cutlery is perfectly clean.

Kind of soothing when it runs, sounds like a light rain outside. For an 18 inch unit it holds a surprising amount of dishes before you need to run it. The third rack for silverware also works great, my silverware is always spotless. Only shortcoming is full size plates may be a bit too large, unless you adjust the second rack to its highest position.

I love the dishwasher. It does a great job in cleaning the dishes. When it is running it is very quiet. I would recommend this dishwasher itis a good buy.

I love how quietly this dishwasher operates! It has removable silverware holders and a third top rack which are all removable and I can customize how I use it. It certainly holds alot of dishes for an 18 inch dishwasher. This is solidly built, easy to install and operate.

It washes the dishes extremely well and I literally have to put my ear down to the machine to make sure that it's running. Very quiet. I definitely made the right choice for me.

Super quiet, excellent cleaning and doesn’t damage or warp plastics

Although this dishwasher does a great washing job and is nice and quiet, the rack configuration is disappointing. There are big gaps on the lower rack so you can't put any cups or glasses there- they will fall through...the configuration could have been more basic and usable..I end up rearranging the items to wash more than I should. What happened to the basic standard dishwasher design? This could have been done with this smaller version. And the extra devices only clutter up the racks- I don't use them at all.

So far it’s a great product. Way better than I expected.

Didnt have to buy any extras from home depot. Ready out of the boz for 3/8 line. And had at least 6 ft drain hose. It may even be 10f. But idk

This small 18inch dishwasher is a perfect fit for our new house.

Great dishwasher, German design is awesome. It even has an upper rack for cutlery.

I would give a zero star. This is the worst experience we had. The installation appointments are in a mess. Now the dish washer is delivered, and the installation is required a reschedule. But we are not able to reschedule either on the website or from the store.

So quiet! Great if you have an open kitchen/living room. The different settings help reduce energy consumption if running a full load isn't needed.
