The microwave is wonderful, and our daughter and son-in-law are thrilled since they have a new baby. What wasn't as wonderful was the run around and incorrect information I received from Best Buy customer service representative. It caused the installation process to be much more difficult than I expected.

This Bosch dishwasher came with free installation that was great and only took 30 minutes. Good looking and VERY quiet when running. Still not sure why it needs salt.

having had one before that developed a freak problem i chose this cause it cleans and has the cycles we need. others dont

So cute. Looks wonderful in the small kitchen space. My only option was an 18inch dishwasher and what better choice then a super quite Bosch.

I'm happy I didn't get frustrated enough to purchase a different brand. This dishwasher is everything I wanted in a dishwasher and holds a lot of dishes for such a compact dishwasher. Very, very happy with my purchase.

The market is limited for 18" dishwashers, but read reviews and decided on this Bosch 800 series. I love the 3rd top rack, and the versatility of the other racks. It is SO quiet, you can hardly hear it.

Great all around dishwasher. Very quiet. One pot that I put in came out looking brand new-like never before. Terrific.

We've had this dishwasher (purchased from Best Buy) now for about one year. We've purchased quite a few appliances over the past two years as we've upgraded our kitchen now that we are down to three living at home. This dishwasher is easily the best new appliance we've purchased in the last few years. It is extremely quiet and the dishes come out spotless. One of the best features is the built in water softener. Our prior unit suffered from scale build-up and over the years I had to repair it myself several times to descale/unclog the spray arms. The Bosch 800 Series has been used daily for about a year and has absolutely NO scale build up.... LOVE the built in water softener. To save a little money, we purchase several of the recommended salt containers at a time to save on shipping. This is a FANTASTIC dish washer!

When it was delivered it was damaged. Smelled like mold and I couldn’t get a replacement because they at are all sold out.

I bought this dishwasher because I don't have a lot of space in my kitchen and there wasn't a good selection for the 18 inch models. I thought Bosch was a good brand and it has very good reviews but those other reviews must be for the full sized model or something because this thing is not worth the price. First off, it took 6 weeks to get because it is special order and when I finally did get it, its loud and doesn't dry the dishes very well. It's false advertising to say that it is only 44 dBA when in reality, it runs at 60 dBA. It is no quieter than some off brand $300 model, but this one is 3x the price! I thought I must have gotten a bad unit and so called Best Buy and they had a tech. come out only to tell me that it was indeed too loud and that it should be drying better than it does. Ok, they ordered me a new one. Another 6 weeks later and I get the replacement, only it has the exact same issues. I can hear this thing running from clear across the house. I give this product 2 stars because it does clean the dishes but any dishwasher can do that, your paying a lot more money for the "quiet" model. The tech also told me that the Bosch brand are known to not dry dishes very well.

This is so quiet I run during day. Great size for household of two. Really well made. Store personnel service was excellent.
