Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.overall, this is an excellent refrigerator. i like the fact that the ice maker produces a decently sized ice cube. the water dispenser is on the inside. while this is not worthy of a removal of a star, right out of the gate, you will have to connect it to the internet. once connected via the app, you will be asked to do a security update on the unit. as with any update, it could go sideways on you, i strongly suggest you follow the trouble shooting directions in your manual before you call the helpline. About bosch helpline: they are excellent and are available 24/7 much to my surprise.

The doors are lighter, the machine is quiet and does NOT HEAT UP TO VERY HOT LEVEL like the Thermador. 1week into it, we are very happy with this product at close to 1/3rd the price of a Thremador. That said, vs a Thermador - some places for reason of price difference... some parts plastic giving it a "cheaper" feel -- understandable. But for the quality and performance and price over a Thermador -- APPROVED

There is a lot of space inside of the fridge and the ice cubes are the best!! This is a smart fridge and connects to your phone via an app which can be useful. Best Buy made is up to me with gift cards for the dings. There was no reason for an exchange because I was not going to wait another 1 month and a half to get a new fridge.

Only feature I wish they somehow improve on is the water dispenser inside the fridge. The lip area is too small to get my large jug or my thermo to activate the water dispenser. Other than that, this fridge is great.

Lemon Bosch
