Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.This refrigerator started making intermittent rattling sounds within 6 months, but every time we went to investigate or record, it would stop. This eventually got worse, unfortunately out of warranty by 8 months, but we had the original seller who is an authorized service distributor out to troubleshoot. The technicians work report states: FOUND REFRIGERANT LINES FROM THE FR COMPRESSOR VIBRATING ON THE LOWER CABINET. The fix was to place a small piece of green 3m padding between the two rubbing parts. Cost, $304.00 to cobble up a fix for a poorly designed component layout. After countless phone calls with extremely long wait times, emails, promises, follow ups, failed follow through, more emails, etc. over the course of 3 months, we were reimbursed $169 of the $304. Now the ice maker sounds like someone is loudly knocking on our front door when it's going through its dump and charge cycle. JUNK
