Can a fridge change your life? Maybe this one can. The best part of our new kitchen is this beautiful Bosch fridge. Everything works perfectly and I love that I can tell it what to do when I am miles away. It is quiet, the adjustable and programmable temperature settings for each section optimize the shelf life of my fresh food. The clear bins and the layout make everything visible so I am not accidentally buying duplicates. The drawers and shelves help with organization. And it's very good-looking. Make sure your contractor knows the height as it is slightly taller than average. Great fridge!

I was in the market for a new refrigerator after having so many problems with my Samsung refrigerator. After reading several on-line reviews regarding the Bosch 800 Series, I decided to purchase it. Unfortunately, I was not happy with it....you had to push really hard on the door handle in order for it to close; the refrigerator is not finger print resistant ...the refrigerator made all kinds of humming noises throughout the day which was quite noticeable and drove me crazy. I returned the Bosch 800 Series and purchased a Fisher & Paytel refrigerator that I absolutely love ...no water dispenser nor ice maker which I was looking for; door handle closes easily; spacious; beautifully designed and is extremely quiet!!!

I love my new Bosch refrigerator. It looks great with my other Bosch appliances but its features and performance are awesome. I am a landlord and buy several refrigerators and this one is above them all. Great lighting, features, easy to access, extra room and storage without a door ice maker, closes and opens easy, the flex rack is great, multiple moveable shelves, easy to program and turn off ice-maker, great for parties AND I sold my old Bosch side-by-side for $500.00! Thank you Best Buy!!!

Very quiet, so much so that you can sleep next to it. It stays very quiet and two different temperature control drawers are perfect for meat and produce. Interior lighting is very nice. Materials are top notch.

The refrigerator is well designed and maximizes space. Instructions are clear and easy. Very happy with how the unit functions. I have been using all the extra ice for home made ice cream. The delivery would get fewer stars. The pre delivery instructions said there needed to be a water shut off 6 feet from the connection. In fact my shut off was less that 2 feet away, directly below the line in the basement. They did not mention the shut off needed to be in the same room. So they did not attach the water line, We did that ourselves. The delivery crew was not familiar with the unit and provided disparaging and incorrect information rather than admit that they had no idea what they were talking about. They insisted the mobile suspension bar was just something with the logo and had no purpose and was not needed, I could throw it out with the packing. Luckily the written instructions were very helpful and the bar allows for additional storage and organization. This is my first French door refrigerator and it will take some gettng used to . That's on me not the unit.

Great design, features and functionality. All features are working as designed. Great storage options with the shelve placement and the Flex Bar. Really like the ability to have different temps in each drawer. The way the freezer is setup and the design features is practical and works out great for different kinds of storage items, boxes, bags, freezer containers. Happy with our purchase.

I absolutely love this refrigerator. When you open it, it has a lot of room, very bright. I love that the water dispenser is inside of the fridge. I got Bosch because they have great reviews and rarely break down. I like that you can change the temperature of the drawers. I love the large capacity do on the doors. It truly is a beautiful fridge. What I do not like about it is that you have to close the right door first, then the left and you have to close it decently hard. You can’t just swing it closed. It won’t close all the way. Then it starts beeping. Not a horrible characteristic just annoying. As all stainless steel appliances, it is not “finger proof” as they say. I have 3 toddlers 4 and under. There are fingerprints on it everyday. The capacity is nice. It can store a lot of things just not a lot of big items. The top shelf is the only area you can put large things unless you take out all of the shelves. So if you have a big birthday cake or something, it would take up most of the space in the fridge. Overall, this is a great refrigerator. I am happy with the purchase.

I've only had the fridge for a week in my new home, but I'm pleased with it so far. I purchased this model because we wanted a sleek, simple look that was of high quality. We ordered in July and were told it was backordered until October (but might come sooner). We were pleasantly surprised to receive an August 1st delivery. I received a 6-hour delivery window when the date was scheduled and was told that I'd get a smaller window a day or two before the delivery. I never received a call/email with that smaller window of time, but the delivery guys did come close to the beginning of the 6-hour window. They were very kind and respectful during their installation, although I wish they wouldn't have left the delivery truck running during the 30+ minutes they were at the house. Be sure to take off all exterior stickers or protective films before the delivery people leave. We/they forgot to take off the film on the side of the fridge, which is in a slightly larger built-in area; as a result, we've only been able to get the film halfway off the side where there's a 2-3" gap next to the wall. Also, the Energy Star sticker was left on the fridge - I took it off as soon as they left, and there was a small ding under the sticker. I contacted Best Buy about the ding and a few small scratches, and they were willing to do an exchange or gift card (for about 10% of the fridge value). I didn't want to deal with the hassle or risk of removal and replacement (and all of the packaging), so we are awaiting our gift card credit. Overall, I would recommend Best Buy and this fridge (1 week in).

We've had this for a month. So far, we love it. it's roomy with good lighting. Temps are steady. Produce stays fresh. Ice cream stays frozen. It looks sharp and no fingerprints. easy to clean inside and out. Bosch can be pricey, but the quality is there. we caught a sale, but would have bought it regardless.

I had it for about 3 weeks now, and it looks great and works well. I Love how the water dispenser is located inside the fridge. It makes the front look flawless. The stainless steel and led lights inside fridge brings this fridge to another level. Bosch did a good job designing this counter fridge.

I have been researching and hunting for refrigerators for several months and finally selected the Bosch 800 Series 21 cu.ft. French Door Counter-Depth. The depth was perfect for our small galley kitchen. All space in this 21 cu. ft. is used very efficiently. With the internal water and ice, you get full use of the insides of the doors. The design is also very clean and sleek looking. The 3 slide out drawers inside the freezer are great for organizing. Again, no wasted space. The multiple adjustable shelves and bins in the refrigerator allow you to customize the interior to your own needs. I would recommend this refrigerator to anyone!

Excellent workmanship, elegant and functional. Refrigerator and Freezer sections provide many possible arrangements to please everyone's food storage needs. Adjustable glass shelves are easy to clean. Additional hanging compartments along back wall of refrigerator provide even more storage options. Pluses include separate temperature control in veggie, fruit & deli compartments as well as main frig and freezer. Wi-Fi control is extensive. Door compartments are sturdy well designed. Ice maker works well so far and produces ice fast. As expected the inside water dispenser requires opening the frig door which is not ideal but at least the mechanism does not steal storage space from the door. Pricey but worth it in our opinion as food storage flexibility and workmanship is way above other brands such as LG, Whirlpool, Frigidaire and KitchenAid.

This fridge freezer is wonderful. We love it. Very specious, The light is very bright, the two doors and the see through drawers make it easy to see what you have in it and prepare your next purchases. The freezer with its three drawers is nice and we like the drawer with the ice cubes inside (no rusty door after several year like with the ice system at the exterior of the fridge). There is also inside the fridge a water system (no water running on your floor when you pour it in a glass). It's modern, good looking and we open it almost by pleasure, just to enjoy the view !!! Don't buy it through Best Buy : we bought from them a waterline which was supposed to be installed by the delivery men, they didn't want to do it, so we had to hire a plumber... and we opened a credit card to get 10% discount (which was done by any other fridge seller). We spent a entire day to be able to talk with the customer service, to get this credit card discount... we still haven't got it !

On the plus side, like the counter depth style and the black stainless steel finish. Don’t care for the large ice bin-takes up too much space and holds more ice than I would normally use (it is very efficient at making ice to fill the bin). Hate the refrigerator drawer that spans the width of the refrigerator requiring one to open both doors to get anything that is in it.

We replaced a Samsung fridge with ice/water in the door with this Bosch. The ice feature in the Samsung constantly froze up and we’d have no ice. This Bosch has a great drawer for ice in the freezer & water on the inside of the door. Those are the basics. The amazing features include a more svelte design that allows more storage. Drawers in the fridge that can be at different temps - amazing! The veggie drawer has an ethylene absorber that lasts 6 months to keep food fresher longer. There is plenty of space for tall and short things alike. The freezer has deep bins which may lead to lost or forgotten items but stacking makes things easier to manage. Where my last fridge (5yo) was always full I haven’t been able to fill this fridge yet with the same things. The black color is beautiful! One negative is that you have to open both doors to open the drawers. It was awkward at first but I’m used to it now and don’t mind as much.

One Year Review: Not sure if there’s a newer model, but I couldn’t care less if there was! Satisfied Bosch customer. Would buy again without hesitation. Glad I chose Bosch over competition, with zero preexisting manufacturer loyalty. I have yet to utilize any of the smart/Wi-Fi functions of this fridge, but that’s probably for the better. Bottom line: this fridge does what a fridge is supposed to do so wonderfully, that I actually felt compelled to give it and Bosch credit. This is the kind of fridge you buy and forget about, aside from the occasional pause and appreciation for the minimalist black stainless steel finish which holds up beautifully with mindful use and resists smudges (however be forewarned, as I haven’t tested whether this smudge resistance will withstand children or pets). I was reluctant to purchase a new fridge last year from any manufacturer in light of numerous Reddit posts identifying concerns over the questionable quality of new appliances industry-wide… I nearly drove myself crazy comparing models and manufacturers. While I cannot yet attest to the longer-term durability of the fridge, it has been phenomenal over the past year. It cools and freezes items very quickly, makes plenty of ice, has ample and well-organized space, delivers delicious and crisp fresh water, requires minimal maintenance and cleaning (and is very east to clean—can pull out every surface and clean it in under an hour), and it literally keeps anything I put in it fresher for longer than any other fridge I’ve ever used. My parents own a custom-veneered double compressor Viking fridge installed in their home (>$10,000), and this is on-par with that at about 1/3 the cost. In fact, I have fewer complaints about my fridge than they do about theirs. I’m extremely satisfied with this purchase.

This is a great refrigerator. Lots of space and smart in how they have laid out the space for tall bottles, shelves for better efficiency. Also love the ice maker that falls into a tray and can make as much as 25lbs of ice in a day. The water dispenser is just inside the door which gives you so much more room inside the fridge. The stainless wipes easy and really hasnt been a problem for handprints or smudges. Look is very modern and sleek. I will say this unit is taller than most so make sure you have enough space in height for it to fit. Overall very happy with this purchase!

I had done my research about some of the best refrigerators out there and was surprised when Bosch came up. I already love their dishwashers (they are the best on the market) so I figured I would give the refrigerator a shot. Not only does it look nice, it's bright, spacious, and has nice little extras that I like. Everything from temp controlled drawers to the separate freezer drawers, it's really a nice fridge. It also looks really nice as well with the stainless steel finish but I may be biased as a millennial when it comes to stainless steel.

Interior is simple, not a lot of gimmicky features, makes storage easy. No problems with produce freezing no matter what compartment it is stored in. Easy visibility when the refrigerator is opened. Also like the interior water dispenser and the size of the ice cubes made by the ice maker. The overall design and appearance is pleasing.
