I had done my research about some of the best refrigerators out there and was surprised when Bosch came up. I already love their dishwashers (they are the best on the market) so I figured I would give the refrigerator a shot. Not only does it look nice, it's bright, spacious, and has nice little extras that I like. Everything from temp controlled drawers to the separate freezer drawers, it's really a nice fridge. It also looks really nice as well with the stainless steel finish but I may be biased as a millennial when it comes to stainless steel.

One Year Review: Not sure if there’s a newer model, but I couldn’t care less if there was! Satisfied Bosch customer. Would buy again without hesitation. Glad I chose Bosch over competition, with zero preexisting manufacturer loyalty. I have yet to utilize any of the smart/Wi-Fi functions of this fridge, but that’s probably for the better. Bottom line: this fridge does what a fridge is supposed to do so wonderfully, that I actually felt compelled to give it and Bosch credit. This is the kind of fridge you buy and forget about, aside from the occasional pause and appreciation for the minimalist black stainless steel finish which holds up beautifully with mindful use and resists smudges (however be forewarned, as I haven’t tested whether this smudge resistance will withstand children or pets). I was reluctant to purchase a new fridge last year from any manufacturer in light of numerous Reddit posts identifying concerns over the questionable quality of new appliances industry-wide… I nearly drove myself crazy comparing models and manufacturers. While I cannot yet attest to the longer-term durability of the fridge, it has been phenomenal over the past year. It cools and freezes items very quickly, makes plenty of ice, has ample and well-organized space, delivers delicious and crisp fresh water, requires minimal maintenance and cleaning (and is very east to clean—can pull out every surface and clean it in under an hour), and it literally keeps anything I put in it fresher for longer than any other fridge I’ve ever used. My parents own a custom-veneered double compressor Viking fridge installed in their home (>$10,000), and this is on-par with that at about 1/3 the cost. In fact, I have fewer complaints about my fridge than they do about theirs. I’m extremely satisfied with this purchase.

Bought this counter depth Bosch refrigerator as a bits and dents, won't do that again! But I do love the refrigerator. I mainly bought it because of the quality of the name and of course the reduced price, but I didn't know that and as/is purchase causes of customer to lose much of the protections you normally would get. No returns, further damage that delivery is just tough luck.

We are glad we chose this brand and model. After 3 different fridges with ice and water in the door, and the issues with ice in the door, we were ready for a new design, and the cool ice that is available below. We love the filtered water inside the fridge.

This is a great refrigerator. Lots of space and smart in how they have laid out the space for tall bottles, shelves for better efficiency. Also love the ice maker that falls into a tray and can make as much as 25lbs of ice in a day. The water dispenser is just inside the door which gives you so much more room inside the fridge. The stainless wipes easy and really hasnt been a problem for handprints or smudges. Look is very modern and sleek. I will say this unit is taller than most so make sure you have enough space in height for it to fit. Overall very happy with this purchase!

Very quiet, so much so that you can sleep next to it. It stays very quiet and two different temperature control drawers are perfect for meat and produce. Interior lighting is very nice. Materials are top notch.

Perfect! I absolutely love this refrigerator. The veggie drawer is absolutely one of the best things ever in a frig. The ice works without hanging up. I love the quality plus I didn't want a wifi door or door in a door like so many new ones have. I wanted and got a very dependable and of excellent quality refrigerator. I love the ice maker, freezer and adjustable storage. I am very happy. It took 4 months to get it though,

This frig has all of the features we like, and has a very sleek and elegant look since no ice/water on outside of the door. Water inside the frig works great, no dripping. Lighting is excellent (and adjustable), love the counter depth...everything is in reach. The black stainless finish looks great.

Excellent product. Was fortunate to find this in open box and get it for about $3,000 off. There is a small dent on the door but that does nothing to impact the quality of the fridge. Dual compressors is amazing for redundancy and keeping the unit quiet. Also, it has a lot of space for the size.

Appreciate the amount of food and beverage space and the water dispenser inside. The ice maker is working great and always stays full.

Overall, an excellent fridge. Unbelievably quiet! It makes no sound at all except the ice dropping into the tray once in a while. Two issues: First, the right door does not glide easily shut, unlike other french door fridges I have owned (this is my 3rd). The door takes an extra nudge/push to shut. This takes some getting used to and seems to be a design flaw in an otherwise top-notch fridge. Second, the stainless steel surface reveals every smudge and fingerprint. It needs to be wiped down frequently. Bosch should improve the finish on this fridge

Great purchase for the price. Great product. Love all the sensors, its wide, its has plenty of drawers and space for everything, it occasionally makes a strange loud noise but otherwise fairly quiet. Love it. Best buy delivered it with a small dent in the front but quickly fixed and replaced the panel. Very courteous staff. Great service.

We had this fridge for a couple of weeks, and it's much more spacious than our old one. We like the sleek look and the fact it does not waste space on a water dispenser. Further, we were really with a washer and dryer set from Bosch in terms of reliability (10 yrs, 3 moves), so we invested in Bosch's reliability for a kitchen suite

We bought this in our new home, it’s been 5 months and we love this fridge. It doesn’t have fancy water/ice dispenser (which we did not need) and that leaves lots of usable space inside. The doors have ample space too, you can easily fit 2 3-gallon milk cans there. Thanks to Bosch’s quality, the fresh produce lasts longer compared to our previous fridge. We love it in our kitchen.

I am very satisfied with the refrigerator.... Appearance, workmanship and performance all bespeak of quality. Extremely quiet. Led lights do a great job of illuminating both the refrigerator and freezer areas. Love the Black stainless finish. Only 2 very small issues that I think I can resolve if I spend some time doing adjustments: 1. When open, the doors stay in the position you leave them - I would prefer that they would have some tendency to want to close. 2. The open door alarm is not as loud as I would like but I am hoping I can adjust that. That being said this refrigerator is a significant improvement on the Samsung that I replaced it with.. I am now a Bosch fan.

This was our first non-side-by-side fridge and we were worried about a number of things but one month in we like it. Most of our concern was due to the size because we had to get counter depth bu there's plenty of room in the fridge. The water dispenser is always nice and cool and fills your cups quickly. The freezer is a bit small when compared to the side by sides but we have another freezer in the garage so it doesn't impact us much. I could see this as a potential issue for others. We do consume a lot of ice and there's plenty of ice in the tray always unlike the side by sides. Not sure what you need wifi access for but i configured it pretty easily.

Three-star review is directed more toward Best Buy and not the fridge itself. Pros: The fridge itself is fantastic. Runs quiet with dual compressors. Easy to adjust and customize shelves. Does roll pretty easy into place on flat surface. Plenty of storage. Great lighting. Truly have no complaints with the fridge itself. Cons: I did take the chance and bought this as Open Box - excellent. According to this description, there should not have been any exterior damage and all accessories should have been included. When we unwrapped it, we did find a number of scratches on the front. Power cord was also missing, and upon calling the store they said they did not have it there nor did they carry it, and to check Lowe’s or Home Depot for one (FYI neither store carried them and I had to spend extra to get one direct from Bosch). In conclusion, it’s an expensive fridge that I would have found worth it saving on open-box had the condition of the fridge been consistent with the description.

Can a fridge change your life? Maybe this one can. The best part of our new kitchen is this beautiful Bosch fridge. Everything works perfectly and I love that I can tell it what to do when I am miles away. It is quiet, the adjustable and programmable temperature settings for each section optimize the shelf life of my fresh food. The clear bins and the layout make everything visible so I am not accidentally buying duplicates. The drawers and shelves help with organization. And it's very good-looking. Make sure your contractor knows the height as it is slightly taller than average. Great fridge!
