Love my Bosch refrigerator!
Perfect in so many ways!

Like having a Mack truck parked in your kitchen. This fridge is handsome but is huge as in wide and tall. It is replacing a GE Profile in black paint that was also counter depth but 1 inch shorter (had to cut my opening.. again) and a half inch wider. That said we love the inside space and lighting! Haven't fully utilized the "special temp/humidity drawers" but it actually does seem to keep our produce fresher longer. They are a bit difficult to pull out full length but it's a learned skill I think more than a design flaw, It also requires another 6 month must replace "filter???" for the ethylene gas capture. a little disappointed in the pyramid ice cubes because they are pretty small, half inch size? The scoop is pretty cool, there is a ton of ice and they do scoop up easily. Also note that the cubes don't stick together which shows the consistency of very cold temperatures. Freezer drawers are a nice feature much better then a deep pile of frozen stuff. Doesn't quite hold as much as older refrigerator but more then makes up for it with organization. It is supremely quiet in operation even the ice cube drop part is not disrupting. The inside water dispenser I'm finding is not really inconvenient and does fill a glass or pitcher very quickly with never a splash. Well thought out design. All in all we are very pleased and getting used to the mass of stainless steel, a few magnetic souvenirs tame down the industrial look. Ignoring my petty complaints, we just love this fridge!

Owned the refrigerator for almost 3 months now and ready to review. After searching for a new refrigerator for many, many months and doing a lot of research and reading reviews, finally decided on this one. We were fortunate enough to find an "open box" and never used one at Best Buy for a great price and bought it in December 2020. Our criteria was counter depth, water and ice, and reliable.
Pros: a great looking refrigerator (inside and out) with a minimalistic appearance. Wasn't sure if we would like the internal water dispenser but actually do. Lots of customizable interior space to maximize and organize refrigerator. Quiet and efficient. From everything I have read, this brand is reliable for the long haul and comes with a good track record in Europe.
Neutral: Some complain about the mullion flap being on the right door instead of left side like most others. I feel this is actually best because of frequently accessing the water on the left interior, so indifferent on the placement. Called customer service a couple times at initial set up, it takes a "long" time to get someone to answer the phone (many, many, many rings before answering. Stick with it.) Once in contact with an agent, both have been extremely helpful and super nice (patience will be rewarded).
Cons: Going from a side/side to French door, the freezer section takes a bit to get used to. Where this fridge gains in refrigerator space it loses in freezer space and with the ice bucket taking up some space, really reduced storage capacity from what we were used to. Some won't care, but with a few young kids, freezer space is premium. I like the ice bucket style, but notice that when the bucket is near full, the opening, closing and accessing the ice will sometimes knock a few cubes back behind the drawer. Not a huge deal and does not effect operation, more of an OCD annoyance. Lastly, again with the right side mullion on door and with kids, sometimes need to be purposeful in closing the right side door or won't close all the way (I think it is inherent in the french door design).
Overall: very happy with the purchase at the price we were able to get it. Would buy it again and would recommend it to others, but does have a couple areas with room for improvement.

This fridge is incredible. Best parts include:
- efficient use of space inside
- lighting when opened
- ice maker is next level
- under-stated Design from outside
- water filter inside (personally don’t like outside ones)

Pros: 1) protrudes past the counter less than our old refrigerator. 2) spacious refrigerator compartment (perhaps because the lighting and the stainless steel interior make it look roomier); 3) very even temp around the different parts of the refrigerator (maybe because there is more circulation with more space); 4) great flexibility with shelf placement (this sold us originally compared to others that had more cf but also fewer ways to arrange the space). 5) Bosch takes advantage of the taller size to put another bar at the top to store smaller items that won't be so easily lost.
CONS: 1) not fingerprint proof. The sleek look is easily dirtied. 2) the freezer could use more space. We took out the HUGE ice tray and will be looking to see if we can find a smaller substitute. 3) manual has minimum of explanation-- like how to set the fruit/veggie bins. 4) Bosch technical didn't know how either and just wanted to send out repair (The very nice salesman at Best Buy found a video that showed how). 4) Nobody could really explain the eco setting and if that was different from manually setting the temp at eco temps of 43 and 6. One Bosch person said it was just "vacation" setting although then he couldn't explain the difference between the 2 settings. This mattered because 5) you cannot use "eco" w/out giving up fruit/veggie bin controls (they default to "fruit 32 degrees low humidiity"-- no manual vents to open and close-- all controlled electronically. 6) These bins claim to be able to store meat at 29 degrees (w the rest of the fridge at 37), fruit at 32, etc. The closest I got to the fruit 32 setting was 35 (especially with the rest of the fridge so consistent at 37). Not exactly living up to its claim. It wouldn't be so blatant if they didn't list all the temp settings right on the drawer. So my main frustration is with customer service at Bosch who try to be helpful but seem don't seem properly trained to actually answer basic questions.
Cannot comment on quality since I just got it, but the repair guy Bosch sent out to test the crisper drawers recommended I get an extended warranty.

The refrigerator has very clean lines . Thought we would miss ice and water in door but the water dispenser inside works great. The
Icemaker produces a ton of ice and with the scoop it is easy to fill a glass. It is very quiet. The only negative is the large drawer is tough to open. Feels like it takes effort and because of that feels like it could break.

5 star. he frog is beautiful and fits right into the space. Working fine. The only problem with the entire episode is poor communication between Best Buy and the deliverer. Didn't come one day that they were supposed to and hard to get in touch with someone who knew what was happening. The delivery people themselves were quite good and very ;polite.

I've only had the fridge for a week in my new home, but I'm pleased with it so far. I purchased this model because we wanted a sleek, simple look that was of high quality. We ordered in July and were told it was backordered until October (but might come sooner). We were pleasantly surprised to receive an August 1st delivery.
I received a 6-hour delivery window when the date was scheduled and was told that I'd get a smaller window a day or two before the delivery. I never received a call/email with that smaller window of time, but the delivery guys did come close to the beginning of the 6-hour window. They were very kind and respectful during their installation, although I wish they wouldn't have left the delivery truck running during the 30+ minutes they were at the house.
Be sure to take off all exterior stickers or protective films before the delivery people leave. We/they forgot to take off the film on the side of the fridge, which is in a slightly larger built-in area; as a result, we've only been able to get the film halfway off the side where there's a 2-3" gap next to the wall. Also, the Energy Star sticker was left on the fridge - I took it off as soon as they left, and there was a small ding under the sticker. I contacted Best Buy about the ding and a few small scratches, and they were willing to do an exchange or gift card (for about 10% of the fridge value). I didn't want to deal with the hassle or risk of removal and replacement (and all of the packaging), so we are awaiting our gift card credit.
Overall, I would recommend Best Buy and this fridge (1 week in).

Excellent workmanship, elegant and functional. Refrigerator and Freezer sections provide many possible arrangements to please everyone's food storage needs. Adjustable glass shelves are easy to clean. Additional hanging compartments along back wall of refrigerator provide even more storage options. Pluses include separate temperature control in veggie, fruit & deli compartments as well as main frig and freezer. Wi-Fi control is extensive. Door compartments are sturdy well designed. Ice maker works well so far and produces ice fast. As expected the inside water dispenser requires opening the frig door which is not ideal but at least the mechanism does not steal storage space from the door. Pricey but worth it in our opinion as food storage flexibility and workmanship is way above other brands such as LG, Whirlpool, Frigidaire and KitchenAid.

We have had this refrigerator for about 1 month and could not be happier. I was initially hesitant to buy this fridge because of the smaller capacity (21 Cu. Ft.) however, we have no issues with space due to the interior design and layout. We can fit all of our miscellaneous jars, bottles, jugs etc. all within the large door shelving. The pull out produce drawers have plenty of space for your fruits, veggies, lunch meat, cheese, and more. The remainder all fits on the shelving with plenty of room to spare. The freezer also has plenty of room with its large chest and built in drawers. The entire unit is well lit with bright LEDs and and looks great with stainless steel accents. We do not have a water line yet so I cannot comment on that. As I said, we have only had it for 1 month so longevity is yet to be tested. However, I am confident in this fridge as I have read that this is newly designed by Bosch and not outsourced.

Interior is simple, not a lot of gimmicky features, makes storage easy. No problems with produce freezing no matter what compartment it is stored in. Easy visibility when the refrigerator is opened. Also like the interior water dispenser and the size of the ice cubes made by the ice maker. The overall design and appearance is pleasing.

I love this refrigerator, but there were some initial issues.
On the first visit, the refrigerator doors had two dents.
On the second visit, the refrigerator replacement visit, there was a scratch on the right refrigerator door handle, and the freezer-door handle was installed upside down.
On the third visit, the freezer door handle was placed right side up, but the refrigerator door-handle replacement was not the correct one. I also discovered that the interior bottle shelf was missing.
Finally, on the fourth visit, the correct refrigerator door handle was installed, and the bottle shelf was delivered. :::
The worker also repositioned a vent hose that was previously installed incorrectly on my new dryer.

I first purchased a Samsung with the additional external drawer. I thought the drawer would be convenient but the order was not the exact model. After using it for a few days I kept opening all 3 doors. Went back and bought my original choice. Yes I had to make cabinet modifications to make it fit but it is perfect! All the drawers provide more than enough room, The doors store an incredible amount of bottles. The freezer drawers offer a great way to separate the frozen goods. It cost a lot more but you get what you pay for.

We love our new Bosh Refrigerator/ Freezer. I was skeptical at first with some of the settings for the vegetable/ fruit being so cold. But it actually makes a big difference. Also the Wifi to check on the refrigerators and get alarms is awesome. I loved that it had 2 compressors so if anything were to go wrong I wouldn't lose everything. I love that I can open the door and get cold water. The water filter is super easy to change and the refrigerator tells you when to do this as well! The unit is very quiet and when we first started it up I thought it was broken. I had bought the GE Cafe french door before, had to return it because it was a nightmare with the noise and quality.

In a matter of five weeks, we returned three non-functional refrigerators. Four refrigerators later, we are quite happy with this Bosch refrigerator. It came on the heels of one Samsung and two LGs, all with faulty temperature control. As a result, we have refrigerator/freezer thermometers and this refrigerator operates as it should. The downside is that with each new refrigerator came a higher price tag.
What I like about the fridge, in addition to the fact that it works, is that it is very quiet. You can barely hear it running. It also has split shelving which makes placement of items more convenient and easier to see. I also love the third/top drawer of the freezer section. I find it very useful for my purposes. The produce drawers are a little wonky and cheap in design (thus 4 stars on quality) but they work as intended and are also individually temperature controlled. I find that they keep the fruits and vegetables fresh with no condensation.
Overall, I highly recommend this refrigerator.

I never thought I'd get so hyped about a major appliance, but here I am. This is a terrific refrigerator—the counter depth means that it doesn't feel like some looming presence overtaking the kitchen, and no food is lost to the dark recesses of a standard-depth fridge. The design is sleek and thoughtful, and keeps food perfectly chilled and/or frozen while barely making a sound.
It's just me, my wife, and our dog, but we've always had plenty of space to stock up and store things without feeling like we're running out of real estate. We've stored all of our holiday nosh for 10 people comfortably, and the movable shelving allowed the perfect storage for taller items (like wine).

I absolutely love this refrigerator. When you open it, it has a lot of room, very bright. I love that the water dispenser is inside of the fridge. I got Bosch because they have great reviews and rarely break down. I like that you can change the temperature of the drawers. I love the large capacity do on the doors. It truly is a beautiful fridge.
What I do not like about it is that you have to close the right door first, then the left and you have to close it decently hard. You can’t just swing it closed. It won’t close all the way. Then it starts beeping. Not a horrible characteristic just annoying.
As all stainless steel appliances, it is not “finger proof” as they say. I have 3 toddlers 4 and under. There are fingerprints on it everyday.
The capacity is nice. It can store a lot of things just not a lot of big items. The top shelf is the only area you can put large things unless you take out all of the shelves. So if you have a big birthday cake or something, it would take up most of the space in the fridge.
Overall, this is a great refrigerator. I am happy with the purchase.

I wish I could give this fridge a five star review, but here's my honest feedback. We've lived with it for several weeks now.
Pros:
1. Fully accessible freezer. Unlike similar fridges, Bosch makes good use of the freezer and all of it is quite useable / accessible. 2. Interior filtered water dispenser. Again, Bosch makes good use of space, which is one reason we chose this fridge.
3. Flex bar is nice & makes the interior space more functional.
Cons:
1. The handles get dirty looking VERY quickly. I noticed this in the store and asked the sales associate about it, but he said it was because their floor model had been handled so much and showed me how quickly it could be cleaned. Well, it does clean fairly quickly, but the material just gets dirty looking way too quickly compared to our previous Fisher & Paykel fridge.
2. Double check your measurements. Apparently not all "counter-depth" fridges are truly counter-depth. This is much deeper than I thought it would be when it got installed.
3. The stainless steel is very fragile. A cupboard door has already dinged the side of our fridge and caused a dent after only 2 weeks. Very disappointing how thin the metal seems to be.
4. Doors seem to not shut well. Unlike previous fridges, the french doors seem to often easily get left slightly ajar. It dings really quietly to let you know, but it's annoying that it doesn't snap close more securely & easily without really "making sure" that it happens. Especially if you have kids. It's something I feel like I'm now having to be conscious of, which I never did before with other fridges.
